#1 customer service: the manager anita was so great! really nice, very informative and just overall great!
#2 hair: i personally have not tried the hair but as a stylist i have installed their hair for clients and it’s super soft, no tangling or shedding. (i recommend co-​washing before installing with all hair) i have been able to make recommendations to other clients to shop there for their bundles.
#3 she was telling me how great this flat iron was. so guess who just tried it and absolutely loves it! ive been in the market for a really great flat iron for a while now but was afraid to waste my money again. as a hair stylist its very important to have good quality appliances and this is a great one! i flat ironed my wig that i have had for 5+ years today and the results were crazy!!! mind you this hair isnt the best. but this flat iron did wonders for it! i would say its for sure a must have as a stylist or just for your everyday person. super easy to use, led display oh and super super light weight! very inportant. i love its sleek design! love the job it does! my new favorite go to product!

I recently visited the facility and the services were awesome. The office space that it was located in had me a little skeptical, but in the end it all worked out. It was well put together and customer friendly. I order hair from Her Imports online and the hair is great. I ordered 18,20, and 22 inch Brazilian deep wave bundles in color 1b. The prices were affordable and the hair was soft and manageable, totally worth the investment! I would most definitely refer this business to family and friends.
