Cliff Cline came out to take the bid and seemed very professional as he at least knew his material related to the subject, but he was only semi adequate with his communication and customer service skills. However, their customer service in following up after the CAT5e/CAT6 site visit was very poor. I work for an organization that is trying to do things in a timely manner, like most organizations who need cabling installed in their facilities. Cliff stated they would have a bid to us the following Tuesday after a site visit the previous Friday(5÷16÷13), and were late on your word and did not even respond to apologize or place a bid. After trying to contact them via email and phone I finally got an answer today that they would be placing a bid by the end of the week. However, he contacted me at the end of the day that they would not be placing a bid. A complete waste of our time. Our organization would not be so upset if it weren’t for Cliff complete lack of honesty and communication skills regarding the follow up of potential customers. On their website they advertise their customer service as being excellent and that communication throughout the entire process will be transparent. But from first-hand experience I can tell you that their are plenty of other companies that do what they do, with much better communication and keep to their word when it comes to due dates. There website is completely false advertising, as we have received much superior service from other cabling vendors.

As a network consultant, my company needs a good and reliable local cabling and telecom company we can trust. HC&C provides a level of service and attention larger companies can’t consistently achieve. I’ve been working with HC&C on many projects over the years, and each one of my clients are completely satisfied with their service. They peform their cabling jobs on time and with perfection. If we have an issue with our telephone system, their quick turn around time is very comforting.
