These people have ONE job, and they really suck at it. First they don’t give back test results when they say they will, then they stall for weeks by not responding to emails or returning calls (from both me and my employer). Finally, THREE WEEKS LATER I am informed that they’ve lost my paperwork and my test sample. HOW DO YOU EVEN «LOSE» A CUP OF MY PISS? Did it roll under the couch? Probably not. Did someone sell off my perfectly clean piss to some drug addict? Maybe. Did the people who work at this place just have no idea wtf they’re doing? Probably, yes. If I could give it zero starts, I would. Thanks for wasting my time and money you incompetent piss-​thieving morons.

This review is for the customer service at this facility.
I called looking for a Breath Alcohol test that was completed a few days ago for an prospective employee.
I spoke with Clay, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He kept me on the line with and was patient while the paperwork went through to my Fax line. He wanted to make sure I got what I need right away!
Also (kinda fun)
During the wait, to make the silence not so awkward, he talked to me about «First Friday’s» in his local community, when ever I’m in the area I will definitely have to check it out!
All in all, the people who work here seem pretty friendly and attentive. Give them a try!
