my family has bought furniture from this store since the previous owner. this store provides well quality furniture with plenty of choices. reasonable price and nice sales person. highly recommend this store for everyone.

My wife and I bought our King sized bedframe and a BeautyRest mattress for a very good deal. We checked at least 30 stores, from Fremont to Sacramento, and finally settled on this place. This place sell mattresses, bedframes, sofas, sofa tables, chests and chairs and others that mostly cater to the Chinese culture, but there are a few Western additions. One bed I saw is French styled.
The owner, Frank, is a very, very nice person who does not push us, and makes every effort to satisfy our dema– err, humble requests. We first decided on a French-​style bedframe, but later retracted because my wife’s decisions can be easily swayed by her relatives. So, we ended up with a more traditional, Chinese style bedframe after I repeated ‘is that your final answer?’ a couple times. Miraculously Frank did not seem bothered by this.
While there is a $ 50 delivery fee, assembly is free. This is a great value for us not only considering that our room is on the second floor, but other places charges at least $ 100 if not more. The delivery guys came to our house, carried the mattress and assembled the bedframe together. But wait… one of the delivery guys looks familiar. It’s Frank, the owner! He’s not only the manager, but the driver and the assembler. He does everything! He told us there’s no need to do anything either. I did, however, offered assistance for the sole reason that he exhibits visionary leadership that I don’t think he himself realizes.
It’s absolutely worth a try with Fine Concept Furniture. I highly recommend this place if one puts equal emphasis on product quality as well as customer service.
