I have a complicated situation with a broken co-axial cable between my third floor condominium, with two other units owned by other people below mine, and the cable company’s junction box on the ground floor. We telecommute and need a new broadband data connection. We were hoping to have new coaxial cable pulled up to my unit as Xfinity is cheaper and faster than regular DSL or wireless broadband in my building. John came out and looked at my coaxial cable, the phone lines, the wiring boxes in my building, and the condition of the building’s wiring access, which is not to current code. Although he decided he couldn’t re-snake the co-axial cable because the fire barrier removal creates risk of damaging my neighbor’s lines, he toned my phone lines, confirming that I have the wiring necessary for bonded DSL and suggested ways of attaching wireless broadband solutions’s antennas. He was encouraging and kind for a difficult situation.

Recently had Enterprise Telcom do a simple residential wiring job. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, did a great job, and charged a reasonable price for the work. Highly recommend them.

If you’re like me and you’re tired of the excuses and exorbitant prices of the Big Telcos and Cable Providers, then check out Enterprise Teclom. I needed something pretty simple – move a jack at my house and install a IP telephony system. These guys answer the phone, they tell you what they’re going to do, they stick to their estimate, and you’re in business. Service, like it’s supposed to be.
