I found Jenny through Unilocal and it have been the best discover I could have made, so I’ve decided to give back to the online community by adding my experience too.
I was in a challenging period of my personal and professional life. I was new in my job and felt a lot of pressure and anxiety that prevented me to shine and be myself. On the private side, I felt the urgency to grow our family but couldn’t even start planning it as my job was absorbing any energy.
In an incredibly short time, Jenny fixed all this. After a couple of months, she told me I was ready to explore myself the results of the work we did together: I couldn’t believe we were «done» already. But she was right, I’m now so much more relaxed at work and I’m finally able to enjoy my colleagues and the job challenges I get every day. I go home still full of energy and I see the possibility to finally grow our family. I’m joyful, fearless and I love the life I’m in!
Jenny works in a meticulous and scientific way. She adapts the sessions depending on the situation and she prepares in advance so to use the time in a very effective way. It’s incredible the amount of discoveries I’ve done, and I’m continuing to do, on myself. She unblocks patterns that are preventing you to live a fulfilling life. And after they are removed, you wonder how you could have lived with such burden for so long.

I contacted Jenny Knowles when I was feeling very unsure about how I was going to transition from being a full time independent personal trainer into building a solid coaching business. I already had all of my skills in NLP, hypnotherapy, holistic lifestyle coaching and more, but I was missing the business strategy part.
First she helped me get beyond the issues that were leading me to overworking and under-​charging for my services and helped me get over the fear of making the «big leap». She also gave me very logical steps to follow to make the business transition easier, and has been a tremendous support on multiple levels, mental & emotional as well as with business strategy and implementation.

I can’t say enough about how much Jenny’s coaching has changed my life. Before her help, I had spent the last several years feeling a little lost and quite frankly, insecure in nearly all of my relationships – both romantically and otherwise. After a tumultuous year of moving across the country, away from all of my friends and family, starting a new job, and ending a relationship, I was feeling like something was «missing.» After my first session with Jenny, I immediately felt things beginning to fall into place. Every session brought me closer to reaching the root of my problems and fixing them, and after each weekly meeting I left with a new life-​long lesson and saw positive changes in all aspects of my life.

A good friend of mine recommended I see Jenny to help me tackle some life issues. When I wet to see her, I did not know what to expect. I had been in therapy before and thought it would be similar. Boy was I wrong! Jenny immediately tackled the issue for which I came to see her –which was weight loss– She didn’t waste any time. Very results oriented and super nice. Through her magic she got me to be crystal clear about what it was I wanted and why I wanted it. We also worked on clearing some emotional blockage that I had around the issue. When I left her office, I felt motivated and inspired to meet my weight loss goals. Since I have seen her, I have not deviated from my plan a bit. I’m pleased to write a review for Jenny (something I don’t often take time to do). She has a great presence about her and has proven time and again to be able to quickly and effectively help identify the things that are troubling me and how to go about addressing them in the manner that is most productive for me. The questions she asks and the exercises she uses help to identify where there are problems with my beliefs and thought processes, and then we quickly move to effective and lasting ways to change those beliefs and feelings in a positive way. The best part is, it sticks!

Jenny is the real deal! I couldn’t recommend her more highly. After years of feeling like I couldn’t control my weight, I went to Jenny. After the first session, I stopped craving bread (my big weakness). Without feeling hungry or deprived, I started losing weight immediately, and after 3 months, I have lost 30 pounds, and am still losing about 1 pound per week.
The crazy thing is, I’m not on a diet. With Jenny’s help, I just eat better foods.
I feel and look like I haven’t in more than 10 years. I hold myself differently, I walk differently, and my clothes don’t fit! In addition, my blood pressure is down and, I’m working with my doctor to reduce/​eliminate blood pressure and cholesterol meds. My doctor was so impressed with the changes, he asked for Jenny’s phone number so her could refer other patients to her.
In addition to weight loss, Jenny has helped me to reduce stress, relax, and feel more confident. Jenny is now helping me improve my business.

I can’t even begin to describe how my life has changed after going to Jenny. I am generally a skeptical and cautious person, particularly with new methods of treatment. However, I set aside my anxieties about NLP and decided to give Jenny a try after a friend recommended her. Working with Jenny has been such a positive experience. She is engaging, humorous, easy to talk to, and provides honest (and helpful) feedback for YOUR benefit, not hers. She is clearly not in this field to ‘suck you dry’ financially or emotionally and even gives you homework to make sure that you can continue this important work on your own if you choose.
