Daniel Silvert – Better Homes and Gardens

I started looking for property to buy in Spring of this year (2015) and have been through several Realtors upon referral. Dan helped break down my options realistically and remained patient with me as I can be on the more particular and indecisive side for the kind of market we’re dealing with in the SF/​Bay Area.
I found that he used both of our time efficiently and that he was pleasant to deal with rather than pushy or aggressive like some others have been. Dan handled some tough listing agents with grace and poise and made both me and my 53yo Mother who’s been guiding me through the process of buying my first home feel comfortable. I definitely appreciate his character and professional integrity as this is quite the delicate process.
Dan was kind, flexible and patient with my timeframes as I’m still somewhat undecided on whether or not I’ll be staying in SF or relocating to the East Coast to buy property there. Job well done! I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy their 1^st (or 5^th!) home.
