Central Parking

I have sent the report to Oakland Police department regarding the incident happened in this parking lot, my car got broken into the glass twice, most cars parked here got the window glasses broken almost every week… i called the number posted on the parking lot 3 times, the girls took the message stating that she will pass the message to the owner, then few days later they still did not fix the lights and the broken glasses are still over on the ground inside the parking lot, then i called again on the 1.800 number, and a girl gave me the direct line of the facility manager, her name is Jasmine, she took message and the light was turn on only 1 day then went off again, and my car got the broken glass again, there are a few cars are parked inside this parking lot and never moved for months and i saw the black guys are sleeping inside these car, i walked by those car and saw everything inside his car, exactly his house inside the car…
· This parking lot has the lights by the pay-​machine but it has never been turned on ²⁴⁄₇ (too dark) — no contact number posted on in the parking lot when emergency
· 4 times I saw the incidents happened, the thief broke people’s window and saw broken glasses inside the parking lots at many spots
· Parking does not have the fences and everybody can walk through inside the parking lots and can cross your customer’s cars
· The homeless people are hanging out right next to the monthly parker cars, almost ²⁴⁄₇ at the parking lots corners, they pees, they threw the glasses„ trash by your parking attendants booth, you wont see these people at night times, because they were all black people
