I have recently retired and found myself with very low energy. As a baby boomer I really was searching for an overall improved fitness. The combination of stretching, balance exercises, and weight training has really helped me. Would most definitely recommend training with Michael to improve your overall health. On a side note he really makes working out fun and has a great sense of humor.

I’ve been training with Mike for over 3 years. I am a senior and very conscious of my need to maintain my muscle tone and flexibility. Mike is not only a great trainer but is also very smart and personable. He is very focussed and I trust him to keep me on track and motivated. I had problems with shoulder and my knee. I went to a doctor at Kaiser, but they just gave me IB prophen and told me what not to do. Mike showed me stretches and stretches that I could do in my daily routine and I havn’t had any problems since. He is friendly and is genuinly interested in making sure I am healed. I highly recommend him.

I’ve been training weekly with Michael for just over a year and a half and am really happy to have found him. He’s super knowledgeable and also really fun. He changes up the workout each week to keep things interesting and also challenging. He knows what I’m capable of and definitely pushes me to my limit. I always leave his workouts feeling energized and healthy. I’d highly recommend training sessions with him.

I started going to Michael because I kept injuring my back and neck doing ordinary exercises or just moving around. I was initially nervous because I thought physical therapy would be more effective, but his stretches and exercises had an effect almost immediately. Michael helped demystify my problems and showed me how each stretch contributed to the overall flexibility of a muscle group and why that mattered to my life. Over the past few months, our weekly sessions have helped me regain confidence in my physical health once again and I have Michael to thank for that.
