Had to take this when Super Shuttle was not able to pick me up at a reasonable time despite making a reservation. The driver was nice and helped with my bags. I paid in cash, so no issues with hidden charges like the review posted previously.

Dishonest business. I got finagled into using this carrier by the valet at the Oakland airport who I now realize was probably getting a kickback. Agag’s posted prices were way above Marin Airporter. When I balked, the driver quoted me a lower price, ran my credit card for the quoted price but when the charge went through, it had been increased. They were still more expensive and it took longer to get home than if I had used Marin Airporter like I originally wanted. And a professional organization would know to stop for gas BEFORE picking up passengers. I will never use this company again.
