I have been going to Vito’s for over 10 years and they have the best chicken roll in NYC! Amazing sauce as well! The baked ziti siciliana is also the greatest! Vito’s also has a staff that are the most caring and courteous people in the world.

Back in the 90s they gave Sal and Vinnies a true run for their money, but always played second fiddle. In this current day, sadly they are still behind the Villa. It’s a decent slice. Nothing to writ back home to the old country about.

Stopped by here last Monday because Nonno’s(across the street) was closed for Rosh Hashanah. Never even realized this place was here. The pizza was great and the guy at the counter was friendly. I’m definitely coming back for more :)

My favorite pizza place in springfield! The family that owns it are always friendly and extremely nice. My favorite pizza is their buffalo chicken pizza and their chicken parm roll! ALSO, this is the only place that sells $ 1 snapples! Dont miss out on those!

So last night we ordered delivery again. Eggplant parmesan hero Meatball parmesan hero & a large chicken rice soup This is my go to place when I am feeling under the weather. The soup is just so hot and good. I know it has some kind of healing stuff in it. I always feel better after I have the soup. Its magical. With the large soup, they give you a large bread for dipping in the broth. I had their soup for 10 days in a row a while back(could not chew due to surgery) and it was consistently great every day. The G had the hero’s minus the bread and said they were also great. This family owned hole in the wall never disappoints. I occasionally get some of the cannoli(each order freshly stuffed so the shells are always crispy). The only real issue here is the parking. Street only and very hard to get a spot. They cant control the parking situation so the rating stays at 5 stars.

This is my neighborhood pizza shop. Love the family atmosphere. Pizza selections are pretty good and the drinks are very affordable.

This place is a pizza shop in the front and a restaurant in the back. We came to the restaurant for dinner one night and were completely charmed by the mural, arches, and railings on the wall. It does a great job of transporting you to a restaurant in Italy that overlooks the sea. Portions were huge, almost double the size as other Italian restaurants(hello tomorrow’s lunch!) and for the same price! Since this was my first time at Vito’s, I chose the fettucine, my standard when eating at a new Italian restaurant. The pasta was al dente and the alfredo sauce was very light yet creamy, not heavy to the point where you land yourself into a post-dinner comatose. Their stracciatella soup with spinach and egg, however, was too salty. I also didn’t like their mozzarella sticks, which were not breaded. But overall, I enjoyed my dinner here and the staff were very warm throughout our dinner and generously accommodating when we asked for the rest of our food to be packed.

This time I went here to try their cannolis! The cannolis come in two sizes. Small for $ 1, large for $ 2.50, and chocolate she’ll for $ 3.00. I bought the large and it was delicious. The filling isn’t too heavy and sweet, but not too sweet.

Really great neighborhood pizza place. The staff is so nice and friendly. My favorite item from the menu is the chicken roll. It’s a tremendous roll for like 5 bucks. Great food and great people!

I’m not in love with their pizza, but the service is amazing. The family that owns/works there makes me feel so at home. They’re the sweetest people I have ever met. My boyfriend is obsessed with the buffalo pizza so we’re always here. Hands down the NICEST people. Love them!

My favorite Pizzaria. My family has been ordering from this place since I was a kid and the food has always been great. Great pizza, garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, and chicken rolls. Delivery is usually under 30 minutes and everyone there is super friendly. I always take friends here and they agree it’s the best pizza in the area. Way better than that overrated Gaby’s pizza on Hillside and Francis Lewis.

This place makes me feel like I’m at home. It’s so authentic and doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It is a great place to grab a slice. I’ve stuck with the cheese(Sicilian and plain) and enjoyed both. The people are kind and you get your food quickly. Worth a visit.

I can’t find the Unilocal listing for Mamma Lina’s, but since Vito’s is attached and owned by the same family, I’ll write it here. My fiancé and I were in town for a friend’s bridal shower and after a long day of driving we randomly found this wonderful spot! When we walked in, the server was very hospitable and friendly– even though we were a little under-dressed. I recommend wearing somewhat dressy casual clothing when going here. It’s a nice ambiance and they obviously work hard to create a good experience for guests. Our attentive server took our drink orders right away and soon after brought us fresh baked Italian bread with a nice olive oil and sundried tomato dip. It felt so nice to be taken care of since we were tired from driving 6 hours. I decided on the chicken Marsala and my fiancé had the chicken Parmesan. The Marsala sauce was well balanced in flavor and had lots of mushrooms– everything you’d hope for! I tried some of the chicken parm, and that was also amazing. The sauce was smooth and mild– not super acidic like some red sauce you get in restaurants. The side of veggies that came with our price fixed meals($ 21 for a salad, entrée and side, and dessert! Quite a deal) was seasoned perfectly, and had the right amount of crunchiness still. Sometimes sautéed veggies get all mushy and bland, but these were done well. If we make it back to the area we will surely try to stop in again :) thanks for the great meal and service!

This has been my pizza place since forever, quite literally. I hate going anywhere else when I have an itch for pizza. The cannolli fill is homemade, all drinks are a buck or like 1.25 which NOONE does anymore. The pizza to my taste is always perfect. Family owned business run by the absolute sweetest people. And if you’re looking to dine a little fancier they have a restaurant literally right next door with a full bar!

Family style Italian flavors. This is what I call an authentic Italian Pizzeria and Restaurant. The owners are old school Italian that have delivered some wonderful recipes and pizza. If you’re looking for a tasty place, give them a shot.

BESTPIZZA&CHICKENROLL in the WORLD(FYI, I’ve been around the world to) I’ve been coming to this place for so long and honestly it’s worth the drive. The Sauce on the pizza is amazing it’s on point! The Dough on the pizza is on point! The Cheese on the pizza is on POINT! EVERYTHINGISONPOINT! This pizzeria, is run a by a nice«family» with a great maturity level, the owners are always working, making the food, yes they have their helpers but they’re are also considered as family. I’ve known them for about 12 years already! Hands Down! Best Place!(sorry had to write it again) Pizza – Get a pie to go(Delicious) Chicken Roll– The best, it’s so FRESH, they either make it in front of you of they have it there but it’s less than an hour old! I’ve been living in NY and I’ve been to Italy 10xz honestly this CHICKENROLLISONPOINT! Words really can’t express the taste but the experience WILLPUTYOUONTHESAMESEAT with HOW I FEEL! Keep in mind I love in Astoria, Queens and I travel all the way to Bayside to get a PIE to go and some chicken Rolls, is the drive worth it OBVIOUSLY!!! BTW I remember one time I was about to get beat up in Junior High School and the owners came outside with some workers and had my back with Bats, that’s when they sat me down and said«hey kid, take a slice and chill out» That’s when I was introduced to best Pizza ever! Also keep in mind I’ve brought my brother in law who is from Napoli, Italia(Where pizza was BORN) keep in mind he makes pizza for a living and to do that it’s like being a doctor anyways I brought him here and he was speaking with them in Italian and when he had the SLICE – FORGETABOUTIT! HEFELLINLOVE! He Complimented them and ETC.
