Update: ive gotten their cheesecake here multiple times and its terrific. Light and fluffy but not too much! So happy i only live a few blocks away. The chocolate mousse is to die for as well

Walked in to see if they had any Colombian bread. No guava bread sadly… But they did have pan de queso. Delicious but made me miss the ones I had in Medellin which were much cheaper and better. Still will drop a couple bucks for a cheese bread fix.

I came here randomly because I needed to buy some sweets to bring to a party and these were freaken AMAZING! I got an assortment of cookies and I bought so many that we had left over for 3 days. Surprisingly 3 days later these cookies were still soft and moist!
I can’t wait to come back again! The only down side was that they dont take credit cards.

This is where I ordered my son’s birthday cakes! I like the fact that is not to sweet and too bland… just right. You can also personalized your cake the way you want it. I also like their cupcakes with all the different cute characters! so cute…

Four words: dulce de leche cake. Tastiness in my mouth, not too overwhelming on the caramel flavor, and light but moist cake. Good frosting too.
Cookies: chocolate chunk-​a-​riffic.
A good day to gain weight — will be going back there!

Napoleon cake is the BOMB! It’s my husband’s favorite dessert to bring over if we’re invited somewhere for dinner.
The layers are not like the traditional delicate pastry but more like a thicker flaky cookie. The cream/​custard in between isn’t too sweet and goes really nicely together.

The reason for my frequent visits to Sweet Treats is for their Delicious Rainbow cookies! Always moist and fresh whenever I buy them. Any of the day of the week, I’ve never had a stale cookie! They have additional italian cookies with the jam centers, dipped in chocolate w/​sprinkles. A large assortment of other cookies too and some you might have never seen at other old school italian pastry shops. Their Plain cheese cake is good. Sometimes I get lucky and catch their mini apple turnovers before they get sold out — which I bring home and eat with a scope of vanilla ice cream! It’s half a block from the LIE/​495 at exit 29 going East — very convenient to make stop and grab a lb if you’re heading into LI!
