This place is now closed. I’ve been coming here on weekends for breakfast and it’s actually been less expensive than other McDonalds in Queens but now it’s closed and the signs have been removed. I think this location has been a McDonalds for almost 40 years and is in a busy area. Odd that it closed.

Hey — don’t sweat it – the place is about to shut down. The week of December 7, 2015 will be their final week in business. Where will all the young thugs eat now?

I think the other reviews speak for themselves. Don’t come here if you have another McDonald’s that you can go to. They need to hire more workers even if they are from the college near by. People are always waiting forever on these lines and then even more time to actually get their food. Not to mention a bunch of little kids running around while the high schoolers scream. I usually have an order of side salad and French fries with a drink. This is usually all pre made and just sitting there but it still takes forever to even receive that. I don’t want this McDonald’s to close down but hire more workers for lunch time, train them and ask the security guard to be less aggressive. I think for now on I’ll avoid the entire after school rush.

It’s been some time since I’ve been back here even though I’m only several blocks away. My main reason for avoiding this location was the slow staff, under staffed in the morning and customer service. Things might be better now that it seems to be under new management with new staff working here. Came here on a Sunday evening around 6pm and was greeted by a friendly cashier. Took my order and even suggested a better way to save money on my order in regards to nuggets, which was true… so thank you. Thanked me after I paid and politely informed me to wait on the side for my order. I think I waited at most 5 minutes and my order was ready with everything accounted for. Why not 4 or 5 stars? Even though the staff was excellent, that crispy chicken deluxe is a joke with how small the chicken in the bun was.

If you like long lines, sparse paid parking, screaming kinds, and don’t need a drive through then this is the McDonald’s for you. The only savings grace to this place seems to be the kids area. If I lived locally and had time to kill with small children then I might consider coming here. Other than that, avoid this place like the plague.

No happy on what they gave me last Sunday. Dined here for the first time and already noticed how bad their service is. This is not really a good place if you are in a hurry. Not so sure if they have enough people in their kitchen or they just lack productivity. Food was out of the question, its below average. Fries were not that cut into fine cuts. I see small and large cuts which is really annoying to eat. The burgers here was also worst than expected. Small patty plus small cheese on my cheeseburger. I felt really bad about that.

This place is the worst. the manager does not permit benjamin n cardozo highschool students to enter. the fat security guard curses and showed me the middle finger, and the manager found no problem of that what so ever. i attempted to call the police, but she said that she will press charges. i highly advise somebody do something about this quickly or else they will lose all of their buisness with college/highschool students.

Half an hour ago. I walked into my local McDonald’s for the first time in 4 months. I pull on the door. It’s locked! There’s this big burly, mean looking security guard standing facing the door. He looks me up and down and decides to unlock the door. Um…ok. This IS McDonald’s right? O_o Fcukin hell. The guys like. «My bad. We’ve had problems with ghetto high schoolers loitering in our eating area, bothering other patrons.» Oooh I see. Makes sense I guess. Loll Anyways, I get my 2 Filet O Fish and a large Shamrock Shake! OMG! Yes! Sat down at a corner table and I start eating. *drools* Nom nom nom. *chewing* Then a large group of Korean high schoolers sit down 3 tables from me. Chattering in rapid Korean and broken English. Very loud and annoying as fcuk! In my mind. I’m like. «Um…what did that security guy say about high schoolers. like half hour ago??» These kids are drawing looks from other ppl trying to enjoy their meals. Oblivious. Of course. And they’re not even eating! Well. one scrawny little kid is nibbling a French fry. –_– kid looks like he could use a Big Mac. As I sit here. working on my 2nd Filet O Fish. and writing this review. I’m just trying to think happy thoughts and concentrate on how flaky and delicious my fish is. ;-) Nope. Not working too well. Good for nothing security guard. Annoying kids. Sh! tty weather.

Normally I don’t even bother writing reviews for fast food places(why bother, they’re all the same junk) but this McDonald’s especially is shockingly and laughably bad. Probably most of the problem stems from how stupid the people who work here are; service is slower than any fast food place I’ve ever been to, and maybe 2 or even 1 of the cash registers will be open at a time. Hilariously, you’ll be constantly told to move to the side where the 2 squished lines already are. The fact that the only 2 lines open will always be at the end next to the wall – which is where you pick up orders from – is incredible. The funniest part of all is that in the years I’ve been to this place, it’s not uncommon to see people walk in, look at the sheer disorder this causes, and then walk out a second later. It happens constantly, and I’ve done it, too. So congratulations for this McDonald’s for being the absolute, awe-inspiring worst of the lot; it takes gall to be this bad. P. S. congratulations on somehow managing to burn McD’s cheeseburgers to a crisp. The people working here are beyond fucking stupid.

I really hate this McDonald. The times that I went here there was always this one guy. I’m assuming he works there. He’s like patrolling the place and staring at everyone which makes me uncomfortable. If he’s trying to prevent any danger, okay. But he’s always staring and walking near my friends and I which is very annoying and uncomfortable. Some of the workers here are actually pretty rude and slow too. The bathroom is pretty dirty as well. I haven’t been here for over 2 years.

So I’m not usually in this neighborhood, but I was on Sunday. And I don’t usually check into a McDonald’s but I marked this place because it has a pretty large indoor PlayPlace, and with the cold weather setting in, I need to keep options in mind for entertaining/exercising the kiddies. An average McDonald’s would be 3 stars. This one dips below that for two reasons: 1) There’s no «2 for $ 3» deal here. But there is a «2 for $ 3.33» deal. I’m not good with geography, but these newfangled smart phones these days come with maps and such, and a quick check told me what I needed to know: I didn’t somehow find myself in midtown Manhattan. I was still in Queens. No reason for a bump in price. 2) I order food that comes out to $ 10.48 or so. I hand over a $ 20 and a $ 1 bill. Basically, I’m trying to make life a little easier on the workers — just give me a $ 10 bill and some change back, right? Only problem is, this register doesn’t have any $ 10 bills. That doesn’t bother me. This exchange does: Cashier:(showing the money I gave and looking in register, indicating lack of $ 10 bills) Manager: Just give him from what you’ve got. I don’t feel like moving. Or have ____take $ 80 and bring you back change. Seriously? «I don’t feel like moving?» That type of movement is part of your job. And like I said, I was trying to do them a favor.

I’ve been trying out the new White Chocolate Mocha on all the McDonalds that I know and this place has the most authentic White Chocolate Mocha flavor compared to all other MickyDs. This shows a lot on how much they would stick to the original flavor McDonald represent. I may be wrong on other items in the menus but WCM is why I’ve been going to the MickyD lately. It’s sad how all other places I tried tastes like cappuccinos instead. I often do not make any attempt to buy when I see a big crowd waiting on line. It’s a small downside for their slowness but that’s really my problem since they seem to be working hard to be friendly.

10/23/20147:20am. No exaggeration, it took 20 minutes for me to get in, wait in line, get 2 iced coffee and 2 sandwiches, and get out. Kitchen people went missing when there’s 8+ customers waiting in the lobby. Manager was not managing just taking her time restocking cups, chatting with another lady(prob another manager, judging the way she wore) about finding a missing $ 20 bill and how mornings are slow(right?). The manager did occasionally getting some coffee in an untimely manner and bump into the one poor girl who was doing register, running food, making drinks and everything. HORRIBLE. Stay away from this horrible managed restaurant.

One of the worst McDonald’s in Queens. The only time this place seems to be okay is like after 9PM, when there are few customers. The wait is extremely long during the day. The staff is really slow and unattentive. I need to repeat my order about 3 times for them to get it, because they can’t understand if I don’t say each item one at a time and wait for them to put it in the computer. The mornings are worse, because everyone is trying to get to work, but they make you wait forever! They usually have two people working the registers, and another two making the sandwiches, but the rest are just walking around. They got my order wrong a few times, so I’ve learned to check what they give me before I leave the counter. I live around the area, so I go here out of convenience. If you’re in a hurry, however, going to the mcdonald’s on northern is much faster. Don’t even think about going during school hours. The place is packed with students, it’s chaotic.

THEPLAYGROUND! This is why I always come to this McDonald’s. Very spacious for kids to play. The seating is okay, there’s only about 5 tables for the adults to sit comfy. ****** majority of the time during after school hours is the WORSTTIMETOCOME! Some teenagers are SORUDE. And the fact that there is a security guard telling the teens to pick up after themselves are sad. Y’all should always pick up after your own mess. The women bathroom is kinda nasty. And they don’t have a changing table for babies.

This McDonald’s has a decent child play area. When your kids have no place to go, especially during cold Winter days, this place comes in handy. Service is so so and there is no refill for sofa. Huge dining area but the restroom is very small and cleaning is desperately needed. Food is about the same like other M’s.

We mainly come to this McDonalds because it has a fairly nice play area for the kids. It is as far as i know one of the few remaining ones with a play area. It is usually pretty crowded because most parents are likeminded in that sense. We come here when we want the kids to run around and the weather doesn’t permit for us to go to a real park. So we(parents) will just sit there with some fries or chicken nuggets, maybe a coffee or hot chocolate and just let our kids tire themselves out. In the times that i’ve been there i cannot recall a time when an actual employee of McDonalds actually came in to clean or check up on the room but us parents self-regulate so overall it’s a good space to play.

Big indoor playground. The menu was a little hard to read but I think that was the whole idea. One of the better MCDs to visit. Not your Greenwich Village crowd.

I remember vividly coming in here after school during my Dozo days. The securty guards tried their best to keep the rugrats in order but often the drama ensued despite their efforts. The workers were not particularly friendly or nasty. To be honest, they seemed to become drones at that after school hour. I’m sure they dreaded it and would have done anything to not have to deal with all the rowdy kids… but think of how much money the kiddies bring in?! They always had whatever I ordered and it was never a long wait. They worked hard to clear those lines and did a decent job. The most over crowded school in queens if not the whole entire world was just up the street. The fact they even had enough food to feed all the kids that came in here is a miracle. I commend this place for all they did during my years at Benjamin N. Cardozo highschool. and all they continue to do. It’s still crazy crowded and still the go to spot after school if you’re not trying to have pizza. Do I miss the chaos of this place and long to be back here after school eating warm cookies and hot fudge sundaes? HELLNO! I hated coming in here back then and I know I’d hate it now. Maybe in the am… right when most of the kiddies are in class and definitely before they get out. You don’t want to be anywhere near here during that afterschool madness.
