Sierra Pines Property Management

In the process of buying a home in a Homeowner Association that Joe manages. I had a few questions about the association. It was early on Saturday morning when I left a call requesting a call back on Monday. To my surprise Joe called back 30 minutes later. He took the time to tell me everything about the association, board members and financials. It gives me peace of mind that I will be living in a community that is well managed.

We had to find a place immediately and the staff at Sierra Pines Property Management were fantastic. They dropped everything and took us up to see a listed property with no prior notice or appointment. The place was ready as stated and we were able to schedule our move in immediately. Nigel Topper provided fantastic service staying as long as we wanted while we measured the place and looked around the property and neighborhood.
They had some improvements made in a timely manner and we are now enjoying living back in the Sierra mountains. They have since been very responsive to every request or concern.
Highly recommended if you are moving to Oakhurst or Bass Lake or have a property to rent.
