they did a liner then 2 weeks later i called to say thw level of water dropped. They told me within2−3 weeks they could be out to see whats going on. They said that it was nornal for the level to drop over 1 foot due to evporation. I said it never happened before .The pool is in a room in my house. Then he said i check it out more. I was outside cutting flowers he said its fixxed. I went into my house to cool off in the pool .To my surprise it looked like a doody was on the bottom but i scooped out a tootsie roll

worst company ever don’t use them. they will rip you off. they will try to get you to file false insurance claims, then want you send money toa weird po box in another state.

Throughout this past summer and fall I ran into several issues with my pool and was not able to fix them on my own. Everything from a hole in my liner to my pump not working. I contacted All Pools and Spas, LLC and Charlene answered right away. I explained to her what my problems were and next thing I knew Ray was at my house to help evaluate and fix my pool headaches.
I am so grateful to have come across this fantastic company. Ray and Charlene are amazing, the service is better than I could have expected and they actually get back to you when you call unlike some other companies out there.
I would recommend All Pools and Spas, LLC to anyone that has any pool issues.

I wanted to take the time to write a quick review on All Pools and Spas, LLC. Since day 1 when I moved into my house, Charlene and Ray have been there to help with all the questions I had as a new pool owner. I literally had no idea what to do and they walked me through, step by step how to properly take care of the pool. I had a few issues last summer and no pool chemical company was able to figure it out. Then I called All Pools and Spas, LLC. Charlene knew the exact problem and in 2 days, my pool was crystal clear. I would recommend them to anyone out there who needs anything pool related. They will definitely steer you in the right direction! Thanks for your help

Charlene and Ray are life savers. My in ground pool was devastated over the winter. The liner was torn, the water drained out, it was a mess.
I called All Pools and they responded right away and came over to see my disaster. Ray cleaned up the mess, drained the remaining water, and re-​surfaced the bottom.
The new liner is beautiful and the workmanship is first rate. I highly recommend Ray and Charlene. Great service, nice people, and they care.

Started using All Pools a couple years ago, could not be happier. When I call the office you actually get a person! Ray is awesome! When I book my appointments or service, I’m given a window of time and the technicians show! I would highly recommend All Pools !
