Good great !!! Sat at the bar with a worthless bartender. She could of at least acted like she cares about the customer.

Fuck this place. Decided to take part in their veterans day promotion. The server seated my brother and I, we ordered a small batch of traditional wings side order of fries and a ceasar salad. Patrons who had been seated after us and ordered lomg after us recieved theyre food before us. We tried to no avail to flag down a server to ask about our food and to get a refill on our drinks. After 45 minutes with empty glasses and still no food we left, i couldnt even get someone to get me a bill for the soft drinks. What a joke. Im also submitting a complaint to corporate, if you offer a promotion you don’t treat those who take advantage of it like garbage. As stated earlier fuck this place.

I was at this restaurant last night and our server greeted us right away took our drink order. Within minutes she returned and asked if we wanted an app. Her name was Riley btw so if you ever go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in oakdale, ask if she is working. We sat in the dinning room and it was pretty cold but the music wasn’t blaring for once which was nice. The food we ordered came out hot and ready. We really felt like our server cared about our visit and who we were as individuals and not just another table and a tip. I asked for the game to be turned on and almost instantly it was on. Granted it wasn’t the busiest I’ve seen it but it still happened which is almost unheard of. We never had to ask for refills and the check came promptly. Food was pretty good. Wings can’t really go wrong. We will definitely be back and will be asking for Riley as our server.

Been here twice now and the place sure is a great sports bar but it is a terrible restaurant. I give a one because I can buy the same beer all over the place and I want to give a two because of the pretty good service. I do give only a one because the wings are not that great and the rest of the food sucks.

Well, where do I start off at? From the over-crowed floor plan to the long waits, this place is the worst out of all of the locations I have eaten at. I don’t like the feeling of sitting on other customers’ laps. They try to crowd as many people as possible and give literally no space for movement once seated. My teenage daughter was treated like a child, given a child sized drink even though she clearly was ordering from a regular menu. They even tried to charge my kids for regular drinks when they both had kid sized drinks. I had requested regular sized drinks for my kids, but never got them. Let’s move on to the food part. Orders came out either cold, drenched in BBQ sauce, or messed up. I suppose I should have seen that coming since I had to repeat myself two times to a waitress that was less than a foot away from my face when ordering. It’s sad when cold foods come out warm and hot foods come out cold.

I don’t usually feel that it is work reviewing chains but I think that this one is worth at least mention. I absolutely used to LOVEBWW and have been coming here for 7 – 8 years. I am not sure if it is quality control as a brand or isolated to this one location but I have been very disappointed our last few visits. **I don’t think the boneless wings actually have meat in them, they are about 70% breading and minimal(if any) chicken. **Last time there we waited roughly 20 minutes before being greeted(table in the bar) and then another 5 – 10 before getting water and menus. Usually the serve time on food is very quick, this time however after about 20 minutes we asked our waitress if our order was placed. She checked and came back with our plates within a couple of minutes. I am assuming all the food was up for a while as everything was cold. I am sure I will go back to meet a friend and have a beer and a few bone in wings at some point and hope the quality and service improves dramatically.

We like going here but we need to stop until the food speed improves. Waited over 45 minutes on a non-busy Saturday mid afternoon for the following: 1 cheeseburger, 1 hamburger(but they put cheese on it when I said no cheese), mini corn dogs, 6 boneless wings, & a chicken wrap & after 45 min of waiting the food was cold. It’s a recurring theme at this location slow slow for food to come out.

If you’re in it for wings and beer and sports on the TV, you really can’t go wrong here. ‘Nuff said.

The food is good as any other BWW the issue I had with this one was the TVs were unbelievably loud yes I enjoy listening to the game but I don’t want to be screaming across the table to talk to my friends and family its louder then any sports bar I’ve been in. The customer service was really poor we were seated and our food arrive all in a fair amount of time but we had no silver ware we didn’t see our waitress after we order our food for a while into eating she didn’t even bring it out and the place wasn’t even busy so I had to go hunt down silverware and there were probably 4 – 6 employees sitting around the silverware talking and they ignored me while I sat there trying to get some it was pretty ridiculous. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting as well either a toilet was leaking or there was pee everywhere and no one was cleaning it up. This location use to be great when they first opened but they are going down hill fast

It’s sooooo slow! It took 40 minutes for one order of wings! They don’t even give you napkins! The two times I’ve been in this one and once in Eagan, the employees seem to have problems when choosing a table for us! What the heck? Never again! Two stars for the sauces!

Service was friendly, food prep time was slow. The dry spice wings were pretty good. Agree with a previous review who noted the lack of sauce on my traditional Buffalo wings. Salsa on the chips and salsa appetizer was a nice flavor. One major disappointment. I signed up for their promo thing, and have been deluged with e-mail(about one a day). When I went to cash in on a free appetizer, I was told that it had to be printed out… that the e-mail on my smartphone wasn’t valid. There are a lot of places to get good food in this area, and many places with decent wings. BWW should remember that you don’t get very many chances to send customers away in a pissed-off state because some suit in the corporate office doesn’t understand customer service. I may go back some day for the fun of playing trivia, but I won’t soon forget that we were denied a simple order of onion rings because BWW treasures its corporate policies that place the company ahead of the customer. Follow-up from mid-October: came in for trivia and discovered happy hour. Onion rings and chips/salsa were fine, but then ordered boneless wings and a burger. Food prep time was very slow, but we were playing trivia, so we weren’t tapping our fingers. When the food finally arrived, the wings were only tepid. The server offered to remake the order, which she did(but only half the order, inexplicably). She did offer to comp to the wing part of our order, but when the bill arrived, nothing had been taken off. We brought this to our server’s attention, but she took off only one order of 5 wings(there were 20 total). We called later, when we discovered this, and the manager ended up comping the entire meal. So they made it right, ultimately, but they couldn’t get it right the first time.

I liked this place, service was great and the food is whatever you’d expect out of any BWW.

Service and food is always inconsistent. I don’t understand how a chain restaurant can have so many issues. Their day shift service seems to be better than at night. I guess they just crank out garbage when they get busy. If you decide to order online and pickup your order, it most likely won’t be ready on time and they’ve sort of removed their side door entrance. Too bad they don’t do curbside like the other restaurants in the area.

3 stars for the food. I award no stars for atmosphere or service. I WISH this place was nicer to eat at, because I do like their boneless wings, veggie boat and Buffalo Chips with the Queso sauce(it’s not on the menu as an option– you have to ask– but it’s SO good!) BUT– it’s freezing cold(always!) at this location, the music/TVs are so loud that most of your conversation consists of «huh?» and charades. And the service is slow. So slow. Takes 10 min to get your first set of drinks, and heaven forbid you need a refill. If you read my other reviews, you’ll see that I’m usually pretty fair, even generous about service, especially if the food is good. So, I’m not just some crabby witch; when I say cold, loud, and slow– I mean it!

The online ordering process is ridiculously inefficient. It took them 40 mins to get my order ready. People who ordered food while I arrived the restaurant got food before me. I don’t recommend to use their online order system!

We order BWW every Thursday, and this store just can’t seem to get it right which is funny considering we order online and therefore, it’s there in plain text for them to read. I e-mailed them once, and was given a 25 $ credit to go back, and then they screwed it up again… The food is good, and there is usually friendly service, just not accurate.

I love the wings extra crispy! This is a typical BWW. Has a great patio with a good view in the summer of the fountain next to the restaurant The food at this location has been good when I have visited. Cooked properly and without major waiting. The staff has been attentive and friendly. I like BWW keeps bringing in new menu items such as the fried pickles, and new sauces like the Thai Curry to keep the menu fresh.

If you’ve been to one BWW, you’ve been to them all. I can think of worse ways to watch the Gopher game on a Saturday afternoon then with decent wings, buffalo chips and a Blue Moon. Service was ok, if not a little annoying with the constant up selling suggestions. For some reason, this location seems to get really loud at night — even more than other locations.

I have been here twice and each time they seem to skimp on the wing sauce. Sauce is cheap, and the only item with more value added is the soda, which is well over 2 dollars. No thanks

Don’t believe the negative reviews. This bar is the friendliest in Stillwater and by far the best place to watch any game. The bartenders remember you(and your drink), the managers are responsive, they’ll turn on any game you want, the wings are great and they SERVEFOODUNTIL1AM(ONLYBAR/RESTAURANT INTHEAREATHATDOES!)!! I wish they had some healthier food options, but hey, I’ll take it. Yes, the building is a bit difficult to get to, but that’s not their fault. Find it and make it your regular bar… you won’t be disappointed.
