I come to Modern Nails when because I work nearby. The service is always great. I usually get no chip manicures that seem to last a very long time after I leave there. The 5 min massage is nice too while my nails set. Prices are the same as everywhere else. I had one guy who did my nails today and was really polite and filed my nails to perfection! They have a really nice selection of no chips! When I have free time this is where I stop for a nice manicure!

manicures. Staff is generally warm and friendly and accommodating. Parking is
easy. I enjoy going there.

This was an awesome experience. They treated me really well at this location, they were professional and the prices were reasonable. I was not rushed and they did an awesome job repairing my damaged nails, that I thought I would have to start all over again, because of another nail salons mistakes (this would have cost me so much money). But they were able to communicate that my situation wasn’t too bad and they could fix my issues. I was very pleased and plan to go back to try their pedicures.

I have been a client at Modern Nails for a few years now. The owner is very friendly and always remembers my little daughter’s name, who generally comes with me to get her nails painted too! I always make an app’t ahead of time so that I can get a certain woman who does a stellar job on my pedicures and knows how to cut the sides of my nails down to make the pain go away. My only complaint is that they need to spruce the space up a bit, at least with a nice paint job.

I’ve been coming here for emergency manicures and fill-​ins for years, and about 90% of the time I leave completely unhappy. The service is either completely wonderful or absolutely atrocious and it all depends on their mood and their predetermined judgements about you they will make the second you walk through the door. After a minor infection in my finger that started here I vowed I wouldn’t return, but I needed to find a place that was open a bit later on Sundays and returned about a year later. This last time I went in they completely rushed and ground my nails down until they bled. They were uneven and upon having the nails removed at another salon they found that there wasn’t much left of my original nails but a thin peeling later. I’m still in a lot of pain and my nails are slowly healing. I just can’t believe the carelessness. I won’t be coming back. And BEWARE of their dirty tools. The nail buffer alone is pure white with the dead skin of previous customers.

I have been going on and off to this salon for 7 years, so obviously it was good enough for me to keep going back, up until recently. I recently contracted a nail fungus from my last pedicure here in August 2013. They have newer staff so they are most likely taking short cuts and not sanitizing the tools as they should be.

I generally go here for pedicures and eyebrow waxes — their waxing «room» is cramped and not very sterile feeling so I wouldn’t venture beyond eyebrows — nevertheless, I like this place for a few reasons: 1) prices are reasonable 2) they really do fantastic pedicures and 3) there’s never a long wait, even on the weekends.

I’ve just moved here from another city and my girlfriend had recommended this shop to me. It’s at a convenient location with a lot of parking. The store is very clean and the fumes wasn’t strong at all. The customer service here is wonderful, very attentive. My manicure and pedicure was absoultlely wonderful! They actually give you real massages here. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

If there was ever a hole-​in-​the-​wall to avoid IT IS THIS PLACE! I walk in with my sister to get a fill in and we had never been here before but we were running late and couldn’t make it to our usual place, the first thing that hits you when you walk in is the dust bc there is no ventalation! Then after I was basicaly pushed into a chair the woman who said not a single word left half my old polish on and the put the gel OVER it, so it is not stuck there until it grows out. this place was filthy and just a bad experience. DON’T GO

Ran in for a quick pedicure and manicure on a Saturday morning. Made an appointment and was served instantly. It was hard to understand the tech. Generally the place could of been cleaner. I was overwhelmed by the fumes and for that reason alone I would not go back. Good value, but got sick to my stomach and got a horrible headache which is no fun when you’re trying to relax!
