Lazy ASS worker.
I strolled in one night around 7−8ish.
I ordered Dark Roast Coffee… no we don’t have it.
Ok…
I ordered Ice Tea… no we don’t have it.
Fine, what do you have… regular coffee.
I wanted a hot sandwich… no kitchen closed.
Fine.
In the course of making my coffee. Bozo admitted he had to open a new bag and clean up afterwards same with the Ice Tea and Sandwich.
Lazy ass Fcuk.

Worst DD I’ve ever been to., never had a selection of donuts if they do they are hard. The only have one person on there between 3 – 6 (she does work extremely hard) there is always people in line and have to wait 15 min for a coffee. machines are always broken and does not have a gun to scan phones for there app they they promote. To the owners stop being so cheap pay for another employee during promotional time, fixes your machine so can sell your product and get a scanner for smart phone Apts. IT TAKES MONEY TO MAKE MONEY !

Worst DD ever! Took 20 minutes between ordering and exiting. Two people working. One person in back… Don’t know what he was doing and another in the front. Working very slowly. When I finally got my coffee it was too sweet. And she forgot to give me my donut. Fail.

They were giving out free samples of coffee outside, but that doesn’t mean I had a good experience here. I tried to order a vanilla bean Coolata (read: smoothie), but the cashier took one look at the Coolata machine and shot me a «yeah that doesn’t work right now.» If it’s not working, I would recommend, I don’t know, maybe FIXING IT? Besides that, their donut selection is limited; they didn’t carry my beloved strawberry frosted, which is pretty commonplace at most DDs.
The interior was nice and looked like it had been remodeled recently, but it doesn’t atone for me not getting a Coolata or strawberry frosted. Employees were marginally helpful.

The staff here is awesome! They are friendly and fast and always give my daughter 2 free munchkins which always makes her feel so special! Kudos to everyone that works here!

Worst run Dunkin’s in the area. Never have bagels, when they do they’re stale. Very hard to enter if you’re coming from North Ave. east.

They might actually yell my name when I come in this place… a perfect location near the beginning of my morning commute. They always have my coffee ready (and I am a picky order type person). They are never pushy and seem to really know and enjoy all of their customers. The place is never too crowded, and if it is the service is fast. I have never had to wait long.
The other great thing? This place is CLEAN. It could be that there is not a lot of seating that allows people to hang out for hours on end, but I am okay with that!
