Op Nails

I was so disappointed with this place. The manicurist was exceptionally rude. She kept contradicting what I requested insisting that what she was doing was was better for me. I also noticed the guy working on a pedicure was being very pushy with the client insisting on what he wanted to differently when she kept explaining over and over exactly what she wanted done. I asked for a specific red color of polish and instead she picked out a pink color and when I realized that it was pink when she started to apply it, I told her, and her response was really despicable. Instead of offering to remove it and apply the red I requested, she said “it just looks pink because of your skin shade”. The people working here really seem to be messed up in the head.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT do the color acrylic nails, it’s a really bad idea. The male nail tech from there coerced me into getting them, first of all it was super expensive, and when I went back for a fill in it was $ 25 for just that. On top of that some of the nails started falling off and the others were like cemented to my real nails. I still have fragments of the acrylic on my nail, other pieces just won’t come off –_​_​_​-​. Will not go back. And my real nails are extremely frail.

The owner/​manager Angie is the most rude person I have ever met. I Came for a lip wax and she made a rude ass comment about a pimple I had. She clearly doesn’t care about her business or her customers. Keep your rude comments to yourself. I will never come here ever!!!

Ok, I’ve been coming here since High School and I will never go back! They SUCK big time now and their pedis suck too!!! I loved getting my nails done with the owner’s wife but the last time I went there she did a terrible job on my nails and yelled at me when I tried to look at them!!! BABY BYE!!!

I have been going for years to get my mani-​pedis done. Over the past year, there has been quite a bit of staff turnover. At one point I stopped going because one of the male staff slapped my hand while he was giving me a manicure, apparently my hand was too high up for him. I saw that he was no longer there and decided to go back, Big Mistake! I brought in my own polish as I always do, since they thin their polish out using acetone so they can stretch the polish (this makes the manicure chip sooner). I was having my manicure done when the manicurist opens my brand new bottle of polish and squeezes large amounts of acetone into the bottle. I said something to the man who appeared to be in charge, who kept telling me that it didn’t make a difference to the polish and that he would complete the manicure and pedicure. I could definitely tell that the polish was not the same, it was thinned out for their convenience, and it was much duller than it had been. When I was done I went to the counter hoping that they would offer me something for my $ 25.00 bottle of Christian Dior nail polish that they ruined. NO, they didn’t even offer to give me any money off and they started yelling at one another in a foreign language. Finally, some other man tried very hard to try and turn the events around as if it were my fault and when I wouldn’t budge he told me I only had to pay for the difference in cost, but I had to give them my nail polish. I will never return. I would rather pay more than go through that again. It is clear that they do NOT VALUE their customers.

The ladies here always do a good job, walk-​ins are welcome which is great for this busy mommy because sometimes my days, er… let’s just say don’t always go as planned. It’s nice to be able to pop in here and get greeted with a smile.
They have a special that is $ 30 for a mani/​pedi. Um… hello! Yes please! Nice selection of colors, friendly quick service. Definitely recommend.
They also have the CUTEST kids chair so definitely bring your little princess with you!
