This has got to be one of my favorite dominos. They are ALWAYS on time with my pizzas and they are always made delicious. Not sure what Dominos changed in their recipe but I can definitely dig it. My kids get tired of me ordering but when mommy doesn’t feel like cooking guess what’s cheap and down the street. You guessed it.

I could not believe how TINY the order of chicken was! An 8-piece boneless for $ 5.99, was maybe the equivalent chicken of two value chicken nuggets from Wendy’s, but triple the price. And more expensive than a 20-piece nugget at McDonalds. Chicken average, not any better than any fast food place. I like the convenience of ordering on-line, but not worth the price. The chicken comes in this HUGE box, and it felt like it was empty when I picked up! The container could have been the size of the box a 6 piece chicken ring comes in from White Castle. Too much garbage for so little food. Please don’t spend you’re hard earned money on this. In fact, just spend a few bucks more for a better pizza, which you will find almost anywhere. I will live the rest of my life very happily without ever visiting a Dominos again

I’m writing about the customer service… Martha is not a good manager she’s very disorganized I waited in store for my pick up order for over 40 minutes. Also the prep area for the pizza is really messy… She stops halfway to pick up the phone then goes back to making the pizzas without wearing gloves or washing her hands after… That really disgusted me there was flour all over the keyboards and phone… This location needs a new manager

So far, every order has been satisfactory. Food is good. When pickup, I get the feeling as if people who work there don’t want to work there. They so stoic and almost unfriendly. Nobody likes to work but when you do at least try to act like you are working and enjoy it because hating it isn’t going to make your day go faster. You can feel negative energy in the air.

I’m rating it a ‘2’ based on the customer service, not on the food(I love their gluten free pizza.) In the past few months, every time I call it is a surprise if they will accept a fundraiser card coupon. I’ve gotten every excuse from staff & managers: it’s only carry out(no where on the card does it say that), we dont take that card, I dont know how to enter the code, etc. I was on & off hold a few wks for 8 minutes while they figured out how to take & enter my order using the offer. They seem very confused on coupons & offers. After complaining twice on their website I recived a $ 20 credit & one of the managers called me directly to discuss the concern. A few days later I attempted to use the credit, again another issue for staff on how to enter it. My order did not max out the $ 20 credit, so it was surprising when the delivery guy told me there was a total of $ 4.60. I called the store, while he was here, & was told the credit cant be used towards the delivery fee. What? The delivery guy apologized several times, even though it wasnt his fault. The staff that answers the phone always have to put me on hold to answer simple questions, and half the time they dont even say ‘please hold on while I find out.’ They just say ‘hold on.’ The customer service, at least taking orders side, is lacking. The delivery staff always seem to apologizing for the staff that either didnt enter the coupon, entered order wrong, etc.

Part of the Domino’s re-brand effort was a focus on the Customer Experience, and they DELIVERED(somewhat of a pun intended)! The website captures your order with ease and even offers coupons prior to confirmation. My daughter and I LOVE the Pizza Tracker, where we can see real time every step of the meal preparation, to actual delivery – it has AUDIO, and is interactive!!. There are options for sending messages to the crew and feedback post delivery. The delivery drivers are courteous and prompt. There are options to save your order as a favorite for the next time, takes the guessing out of «what did I order last time that I liked so much?» The Food: The Artisan Pizza and Handmade Pan Pizza seem to be the best options and most robust, both in flavor and freshness. My wife likes the wings, but I’ve had better – from a restaurant specializing in… wings. I am thoroughly satisfied with this location of Domino’s Pizza and will keep it as that go-to Friday home movie night option. Cheers!

Cant believe theres no reviews on this. Guess it’s either, 1) Nobody has tried them. yeah riiight, OR… too elite or care what others think. I think I will go with the latter… Anyway.if ya read my reviews, you know I separate myself from the so called bandwagoners who like to trash fast food chains. Granted, some are bad, but some dont deserve the bias. This place has actually gotten better. I do have a certain crust I like and thats the Brooklyn style. P. S.I dont give a DAMN if its not like authentic NYC B-crust. Another HUGE winner is their fairly new, «Homemade Pan» — it comes in a black box and has two layers of cheese included in the crust! This pizza is bar none, the best they serve! I like ordering the cheddar and bacon… OMG — mouth watering. Good job Dominos!

We ordered pizza from this location last night. The webpage wasnt the greatest set up. Trying to see what deals they had going on was a series of hoops to have to jump through but meh whats new. Ordered 2 specialty pizzas one of which was the cheeseburger pizza. Very quick fast service. They had the order ready and waiting within 20 minutes. Got home I really liked the pepperoni deluxe pizza, the cheeseburger one I wasnt so fond of. wasnt the flavor but the hamburger meat idk was over cooked.
