This is the cleanest Chipotle my boyfriend and I have ever been to. The staff was friendly and walked through asking everyone how they were doing. The only concern I had was that we went as the sun was going down and the poor cashier and the people eating had the sun directly in their eyes. I would just recommend getting some blinds but that’s the only we had! Great Chipotle!

Consistency is key in my eyes and the past two visits were extremely unsatisfying. From burned chicken or how they like to say«strong in char flavor» to frozen kernals in their corn salsa and underdone beans. They’re at a steady decline in my eyes and I will soon venture to find another location that can stress consistency. I eat here everyday as my post workout meal and I am becoming more displeased the more often I visit this location.

Where is the meat in my burrito? Considering the price paid I would expect to taste meat not rice and lettuce. Not happy.

Felipe oria was very friendly and had great service today. I wish every employee had the drive to have customer service as this guy. I will be back soon because of how great it was. Thanks again chipotle!

I wish I had read the reviews. I love Mexican food and enjoyed this chain’s food elsewhere which hopefully tells me my issues are a local franchise issues. The portions of the food are small I mean the steak I bought was cube sized in fact the steak in my taco was all shaped like cubes. I only got a cheese and steak taco and it cost me about over $ 10 dollars… I was at millennium station last week and I got the same order and I paid less money and got more meat. Very disappointing The staff seemed to play with the food like they didn’t know what they were doing. Overall, I am very disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and have few complaints. The workers are very friendly and always get my order correct. The manager is very cheerful! The big downside is they always seem to be training new workers so they are pretty slow. But again, friendly and correct orders!

Don’t come here if you want guac or extra meat. They don’t give even close to the normal amount. We got two meals with guac and they put almost half a scoop on the first one. When asked to put on a little more since there was barely anything on it they did, but then tried to charge two servings of guac at the register. The second bowl also had less than half a scoop on it but we didn’t even bother asking for a little more the second time. After getting barely any guac on the second bowl the manager was arguing that one serving of guac is 4 ounces. She kept insisting we pay for double guac and we said no, and if she really felt that she was right then she could redo the bowl. Then she agreed to charge us for one serving«this time» her exact words. Even if the less than half a scoop we initially received on both bowls was 4 ounces, it was definitely far less than we have ever gotten. We spend A LOT of money at Chipotle and have been to many locations, but this one was probably the worst experience we have ever had. The management was horribly rude, we did not get our money’s worth, and we left feeling very angry. Very disappointing. Will not return to this location. Go to 95th and western.

I came here solely because of the poor reviews and hoped this new location was just getting a bum rap and my Unilocal azz could throw them some love. The result? Unilocalers have been accurate beyond measure. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I truly dig Chipotle, but this is like that time I bought Pokémon cards at the flea market; fake as f*ck. *Marge Simpson groan* Food: Smaller portions with less quality. Chicken so blackened, half was inedible. Line moves at a snail’s pace. Atmosphere: Loud. poor acoustics combined with music that drowns out conversation. There is limited seating. some of which was occupied by blathering employees. I get they all aim at an Industrial vibe, but what’s up with the low shoplights? They are JUST above grazing your noggin. No way this was union construction. Did you see that«Wall-o-Wood»? Holy Hell! It’s nearly identical to the plywood compartment Hugh Jackman built in «Prisoners»!! Management: At approx. 3:30pm 6/22, I spoke to the Manager on duty. He was a very young nice man… who has never heard of Unilocal.I showed him the reviews, told him of my awful chicken, the music, loud employees taking up limited seating. and ya know what… He said, «I appreciate you letting me know»…annnnnd that was it. No offer to fix my meal, or an effort to encourage me to come again, no turning down their jams.ZILCH. Now, ya lost my business. Corporate, I hope you read this. Train your management in conflict resolution and get some experienced people in here. Invest in better construction and usher in some employees who can cook meat properly. All your Wall-o-Wood is missing is a breathing tube… but that’s assuming one wished to extend their life while trapped in this dump… lulz

This chipotle is so bad. I literally waited in line for 10 minutes then proceeded with my order for another 15. There were only 2 people on the whole line and it was dinner time. Also the cashier was acting like it was her first day when I know it wasnt. She was picking her nail while waiting for my credit card receipt to come out. Like who does that…

If zero was an option I would put it. I understand some of the crew is new, but I could tell there wasn’t a supervisor or leader there. I had to wait for the chicken to get ready and once they finished making my taco it was messy! I get home and find a piece of hair in my food! Never going back to this location!

Horrible. Went into location around 6pm there was only one couple sitting and eating. When arrived at counter I was told they are out of beans and fajita mix. I said okay that is fine ordered a bowl with out those two items(still charged full price) was not told sorry. The teenagers seem to be running the location because they were laughing and having conversation between themselves(horrible customer service) went to sit down and all the table had food on them and even seen someone’s burrito bowl(empty) and napkins at a table with no person in site. This place was dirty, horrible Service and do not recommend this location to anyone this location should not have the honor of calling themselves Chipotle. Disappointed.
