$ 750 for 2.5 hours of weeding. Rather than pull the weeds they just chopped them off at the roots, so the entire yard was filled with weeds in about two weeks and looked as if Pioneer had never been there. When we tried to contact them to find out how they would remedy this they offered to come back and do maintenance on the yard for a couple months for free. They never showed up once. We contacted them again and they said they were too busy to do maintenance, but they offered to weed the yard one more time. We haven’t seen or heard from them yet and that was a month ago. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very defensive about what happened and seemed passionate about having happy customers, I suppose talk is cheap though.

I used this company to get some trees removed… was told they’d give me fair price and later found out they were still inflated. Owner gave me a coupon to apply to bill and I forgot to send check with adjusted amount. Emailed the owner and was basically told «too bad you forgot but you can use it next time». I don’t know when I’ll use them next time so that doesn’t help me. Not professional in my opinion if he’s willing to not honor the coupon that he originally gave me. Oh well… lesson learned.
