Love the staff and service! The jewelry is absolutely stunning and the employees are really helpful when you’re trying to pick something out. The prices aren’t bad for the quality you’re getting. I’ve seen that they sponsor a lot of community events which is really cool and makes me want to shop there even more. I chose Geralds over a chain store every time.

I do all of my jewelry shopping here, even when over seas they help me shop for my wife to make special occasions special even when I’m not state side.

The Fikse’s, Doug, Kathy, Debbie… all excellent people! I get my jewelry cleaned professionally as often as I want at no cost and no sending it away! They check my settings, increase or decrease size and anything else you want at no cost since all my jewelry came from them. They call me by name when I come in. They are professional and friendly… and the best secret keepers ever!

Nice place, nice selection of jewelry. Got an appraisal and resize for a ring for my wife and they did a great job. The older woman who helped us was wonderful and very professional, however, something else happened while me, my wife and young son were in the store. While my wife was handling our transaction my 5 year old son and I browsed around the store until I noticed a middle aged brunette behind the counter glaring at us intently as if she was offended by our presence. Finally it hit me after we exited the store, I’m half black. I felt very uncomfortable going back to pick up our ring and appraisal and I didn’t enter the store again. I let my wife pick up our order. Needless to say we will not be going back. I do not like to be made to feel like a criminal when I’m spending a couple hundred dollars in a business. I am a Veteran, Father, Husband, Homeowner and law abiding citizen.

This store has always been so wonderful to my husband and me! Not only are they very friendly and helpful, but it is obvious that the business values loyal customers and that they care about quality service. I also appreciate that they have a great selection of unique jewelry, as I personally have quirky taste and like to know that my jewelry is something different from what every other woman in the world is wearing. That said, if you’re looking for basic and traditional, they have that covered as well.

I bought my wife’s engagement ring and my wedding band from Gerald’s Jewelry in 2010. Within the first year I had lost my wedding band in a freak rock throwing accident (rock went in the lake, so did my ring…) After 3 – 4 years when I finally called to get the replacement, the lady at Gerald’s was very helpful and took seconds not minutes to pull up all my information and get the replacement on the way.
Gerald’s takes good care of their customers whether they are about to buy something or bought something years ago!

My watch band pin fell out at SEATAC right after I arrived on business. I arrived at Oak Harbor and Googled jewelers. Gerald’s popped up with 4 good reviews so I went there. 5 minutes after I walked in the door the watch was repaired with a new pin for no charge. I insisted that I pay, the jeweler came out from the back room and said forget it, it was a little thing. He asked that I come back for the big things. I pointed out that I am visiting on business, and don’t live here. I again offered to pay for the repair and parts. They refused and sent me on my way. Ergo, I took the time to download the app, sign up for Unilocal,verify my login via e-​mail, go back to the app and write this review. If I lived here, the three smiling faces at Gerald’s would have my business.

That is correct. It was three months after my purchase. Unfortunately, I am one of a few people in the local community that tends to be away from home for more than 30 days. Lesson learned.

I brought my engagement ring while I was serving in the Coast Guard on leave. I met the owner, David Fiski, who helped me with my purchase. I did not have a lot of money to spend but he made me feel like I was buying a big diamond. He took the time with me.
If you’re looking for a jeweler… Don’t go anywhere else.

The people here are very nice. I went in on a Wednesday to get my engagement ring resized, and I’m expecting it back this coming Thursday, so only about a week to resize my ring. The saleswoman also showed us a beautiful (although well out of our price range) ring they had available.
