This place is damn near ratchet! It needs renovation on top of that they don’t even have the DQ CRUNCH CONE! I settled with a medium vanilla cone with sprinkles and when I drove up to the window I saw the girl kneel down to the floor with a lid full of sprinkles I’m assuming she was putting the sprinkles on my cone?! Or not? That is soo unsanitary and unprofessional I would have much rather watch her do it in front of me instead of being secretive on the dirty floor! Anyways I hope undercover boss does a show there!!! I was soo excited for a mouth watering crunch cone and it just ruined my day.

What can you say about a drive thru? FAST! This DQ is as ordinary as all the rest with one exception. They rock in the speed department when you do the drive-​thru.

I have been here for 25 years… this has been the worst experience. Not updated. Usually have to clean my table before sitting. And as they try… service is not welcoming. As we waited for our food after they lost our ticket and our order… the people in front of us got a «sorry it took so long to make your family of 7 food» treat. We got not more then a simple, sorry. I’ve worked for customer service for a long time… this beyond upset me. And to top this experience off… they forgot my daughters sprinkles… not sure how this buisness keeps its doors open… if I could give zero I would…
