We had a great experience. We had a ten year old chair which was made by Flexsteel Furniture. The steel frame broke, but fortunately Flexsteel has a lifetime warranty for parts. Unfortunately, they do not cover labor after the first year. It was a favorite chair and we felt it was worth the cost to repair. Terry arrived on time. He worked very quickly and efficiently and did a very professional job. We are pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Flexsteel and Sebastian Cole.
