The guys were great, professional and did a wonderful job.

This place was supposed to come between 9 – 10 didn’t call till 11:30 to say they were late said they would come at 1;30 did not show up till 2:30 then didn’t want to honor the groupon wanted to charge so much extra ridiculous !!! Absolutely do don’t recommend feels like a scam !!!

I really can’t say enough good things about these guys. We called R.B. on a Friday afternoon and they were out the very next day. They quoted us a fair price and carried out the work with no surprises. They were very clean (took off their shoes before entering the house) and respectful towards our possessions. They left no mess behind when they were done. The clean itself was excellent. Finally, they were very polite, pleasant individuals. I was home alone with my two children when they came out and I had absolutely no qualms with them being in our house. They even engaged with our children a bit, which was cute. :)
I would highly recommend Jared and his crew and will definitely be using them again.

Cleaning windows at our house in Bucktown is a serious «pane» in the rear! We have about 50 windows with 6 to 12 panes each. And our house is a relatively tall single family home. Yikes. Fortunately, R.B. Mex is there to take care of the dirty work. And they do the work well, on time, and at a fair price. Can’t really beat that, right?
We built our house a few years ago and used another highly-​rated window cleaner to clean our windows, and they did a good job. But each season their quoted price was more and more expensive. And the guys they sent didn’t really seem like they cared about how our windows ultimately looked. So, this Spring we turned to the internet and found a few competitors to call for quotes.
Jared of R.B. Mex was by far the best communicator of the bunch (phone and text, which is cool), and he was the only one who actually came to our house to give me a quote — that was awesome because I knew he wouldn’t change the deal once I hired him. (This has happened to me before with service companies — argh!) After getting all the quotes, we chose R.B. Mex because they seemed like they were going to be the most reliable, Jared seemed really committed to making us happy (he was really good about accommodating our schedule for completing the work since we wanted to be home for it), and the quoted price was good. We’re so happy we chose them.
Jared and his brother arrived with ladders and supplies in hand, and did an outstanding job — better and faster than the company that we had previously used! They were really nice, and the whole experience surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend R.B. Mex and would specifically recommend that you work with Jared when scheduling the job, since he’s a nice, honest guy. Bonus if he or his brother come to do the work!
We plan on using R.B. Mex again for our windows, and also are going to use them to power wash our deck next Spring. I’ll let you know how it goes! Until then, I’d highly recommend R.B. Mex if you want a good job done by nice people at a very reasonable price!

We had RB Mex clean the windows and screens of a 3 unit condo building and they did a fantastic job. Professional crew came in and got the job done quickly, put everything back together (screens) and the windows look great! Great service.
