The over haul of director and front desk need help with treating their customers like we bothered them and move us rush us over to reference you can also hear staff talking bad about each other and about customers no team in this staff same goes with the children’s dept always on their phones be nice to your customers and your own staff the —should know there is more than one library to go to hire staff that want to be there professionalism is lacking too laid back because the —is not around and this is a community of all races and personalities the lady that has brown hair needs to slow down she’s running around like the energizer bunny the military ladies with gray hair smile for real sorry my kids made noise they are babies and children’s desk someone be there mentally don’t be in a hurry to get back on your iPhone People are paying attention all I say is be kind slow down pay attention.

I have been going here for years and will continue to do so. The ladies are so helpful as I order books weekly from the surrounding libraries. They promptly call me and are eager to assist when asked. The recent remodel was a nice change and the computer area never has a wait. Top notch operation.

Recent renovations have updated this library’s layout to be so user friendly and comfortable. Separating the adult and youth computer sections really helps and its so easy to sign in to computers and check out books. Very well-​thought out upgrades. Thank you for providing such a beautiful, helpful resource to Oak Forest residents. Much appreciated.
