I met a friend here for lunch. We sat at the bar and each got a crispin cider and shared appetizers, pretzel and tempura green beans. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Food tasted decent, nothing special but okay. A few hours after leaving I felt ill and nauseous. Later that evening I talked to my friend who said she also felt sick after! Not sure which menu item made us feel ill, but not good!

My wife, son and I went on a busy Friday night. They said 15 to 20 min wait it was 12 minutes. Server was great. When asked questions on menu items he discribition of items was great. Food was served quickly and hot. Everything was delicious. I would recommend the crusted tuna awsome. Only disappointment was the Key Lime Pie. My family’s other desserts were great. I would recommend the Water Street Brewery in Oak Creek to every one.

I went their with my fiancé and we were disappointed her fries were cold and my meal the chicken breast was more like a hen breast it was very small. We got a take home meal for our son and when we got home and he opened it were were even more surprised to see how small the Jambalaya($ 14) was, you could fit the whole meal in about 2 coffee cups I wish I could load a picture on here because so everyone could see how small the meal was. I do not see myself ever going back.

First off, if you are a size any bigger than a super-model, ask for a booth. The metal chairs are extremely uncomfortable. And don’t sit on the west side any time during dinner if you don’t want to be blinded by the sun. I guess they couldn’t afford window coverings. We ordered the nachos to start. They tasted good, but the chips were greasy. My husband had the beer tasting, but he wasn’t impressed by them. I ordered the Steakhouse Salad. They never asked how I wanted my steak cooked. It was cold steak on the side of a bed of tasteless greens & beans. The best thing was the blue cheese croquettes. Most of my salad went untouched. For 16.95, it was not worth it! My husband had the Ruben. This was good. My son had the kid’s chicken strips, but we ended up ordering 2 because he was still hungry. This is still the first week of it being open, but I would not give them another chance. Too expensive for such mediocre food.

This was my family’s first visit to a WSB. Unfortunally this will be our last. 1)We were seated on the west side of the building. There are no blinds so i was looking into the sun all through our dinner. 2) Our waitress was so soft spoken that it was to hear ger over the din. 3) I ordered a beer flight. It was placed before me with NO recomendation of the order. In fact when pressed our waitress had no beer knowledge. Not a good thing in a brewhaus. 4) My wife ordered a steak salad. The greens where worse then store bought greens and the steak was chilled!?! 5) The portion size is very small for the price. 6) There seems to be not team cohesion. A member of wait staff dropped some glassware. Instead of helping him, no less the 7 servers and a manager walked through it. The server was using his hands to clean it up. Not a broom and pan. If you are looking for a nice meal and little hastle. Look elsewhere.

We stopped in for a Bloody Mary and we were greeted by happy staff members who were enthusiastic to seat us. I think we disappointed them when we walked past them and headed to the bar. A hostess promptly followed us to offer us some menus while we got settled in. We took a nice long look around to find a gorgeous restaurant with a fresh industrial look. Not to mention the very large televisions that were tuned in to ESPN… what could be better than that? Bloody Marys — that’s what could be better! They were fantastic and we ordered some craft beers for the chasers which were also amazing. We walked over to just get a bloody but the menu drew us in and we ordered an appetizer called Brew Tons. They were won ton wrappers filled with chicken, scallions and cream cheese which were deep-fried and served with red pepper aioli. I picture many more of these in my future. They were fantastic. The restaurant and staff were great and since we live in the neighborhood, we plan many more visits to this location. Finally Oak Creek has a brew pub! It’s been long overdue.

This restaurant was okay. I was happy with the beer selection. The menu selection was okay. The servers were obviously new… but did their job. I ordered the sausage platter, and was disappointed. I got about 2 lbs of red cabbage, soggy spaetzle, and two overcooked sausages. The feeling of the establishment was nice, and made us feel like we were separate from everyone else. The beer flight tasting was a good«bang for the buck», but other prices were too high. Disappointed that abv on all the beers were so low.
