I have to say. I really enjoy the food here. It’s always good and fresh. Stays hot from the drive thru to my house. However the customer service is very poor. You can tell its ran by maybe middle school kids. I swear the girl who gave me my food must of been 15. They always forget things and even argued with me when I used a coupon. If the staff would improve I would give 5 stars.

I like this location. VERY community serving. Most of the kids who work there are generally nice. The drive thru girls are super friendly. I’ve NEVER had a wrong order… ever. They beat the pants off McD’s. The food is really good for fast food. The fish is really good. Three words: Double caramel cashew. Omg.

I really love culver’s. Love their chicken sandwich and custard. Kids love to go there! Four stars for them.

Guys. Just settle down. It’s a Culvers, not a fine dining establishment. Yeah, the high school kid working the counter may be extra grumpy and they might accidentally add pickles, but you’ve got cheese curds and custard coming tableside in about 3 minutes. Laugh it off and enjoy your soda while you wait(the root beer shouldn’t go unmentioned). And those chicken tenders!!!

Worst Culvers I have ever been too. I can understand one mistake, but two? If you have to ask me 4 times what my order was and STILL screw it up — there is a problem. Customer service here is also the most horrible I have ever seen. Teenage girls too busy gossiping to get anything right. And how dare you ask for ketchup! I wrote to them, with no response of course. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place like the plague.

I don’t have any Culver’s near me and the week I was in the Milwaukee area I ate there 3 times. The burgers are great and the customer service at all locations is superb. As far as fast food goes they are tops!

I’m ready to say it-WORST CULVER’S LOCATIONINTHEMILWAUKEEAREA! I’m really beginning to think these guys have it out for me. They see the big guy in the little Toyota and they mess with me. From me pulling in the drive thru and ordering a create-your-own sundae, only to have the guy laugh and say that makes no sense to people being downright rude on the phone(see previous review) I have certainly been abused here. Against my better judgement, I stopped here last night for one reason and one reason only. They had my favorite custard, strawberry shortcake. I drive miles and go to all different custard places just for this flavor, and since I have not had it since last summer I’ve been surfing the online custard schedules to find out who and when will someone have this flavor. I found out this location had it next, which was perfect since I had a shopping trip planned in the area. I’m wishing I hadn’t stopped. And that’s nothing against the customer service. The girls who took care of me were very nice, they had me checked out quick and I had my custard quickly. I took off and parked in the grocery store parking lot to enjoy my custard. It was almost too good to be true, then only a couple spoonfuls in, I bite into something hard. My mind starts racing. Strawberries? Usually not hard, at least in custard. Shortcake? Probably not. Custard? When has frozen custard ever been hard? I panic and shuffle a small, sharp white piece of something out of my mouth. I really want to say it was a piece of plastic, but my mind keeps going back to the fact that I noticed the girl at the drive thru had long nails. Ewww. The only good thing I can take out of this is that I didn’t have my baby with me, she usually shares a dish with me and this sharp piece of whatever would have most certainly have messed up her throat. I am done with this Culver’s forever.

Great food and most importantly great customer service. It’s such a warm and welcoming place to visit. Employees are great and there was this one sweet lady who greeted me with a smile and very kind too, Pam. Thank you so much for making my first visit to culver’s a warm and enjoyable experience. More places should have this kind of service.

I moved down south for a while and missed Culver’s as much as the south loves fried chicken. I appreciate that you can get a good quality burger(with real beef) at a fast food place. I also love that they have cheese curds, fries, onion rings, and soup. I’ve also had really good luck with ordering at Culver’s they always get my order right and its always fresh. The south can take their Chick fil a and suck it… I’ll take Culvers anyday!

I wish I liked Culver’s more. To me, their burgers are greasy and Gut bombish. They have a few different food items than other Fast Food places, like Tacos or Corned Beef. Their Custard is ok, but I’ve had much better, more creative flavors at other places in the area. Service is good and they are wheelchair accessible.

Good Lord!!! I have been wanting to try Culver’s for years! I wish I could get a good hamburger in North Carolina. I was so looking forward to eating here. I walked up to the counter with my mouth watering… Dang! My co-worker called and I needed to go pick her up at the airport. Well she’s a vegetarian… You can read that post next. So after suffering through that, I made her go to Culver’s and watch me eat. I got the double cheese burger with bacon, krinkle fries, root beer and a large chocolate with Heath bar. Delicious. The burger was perfect. The fries were tasty. The Root beer was awesome and I am still working on the chocolate Heath bar shake. I cannot wait to return to another Culver’s. Oh yeah, my co-worker enjoyed her banana split.

Very clean! The food is always served hot and fresh. The salads on the other hand are filled with iceberg lettuce and few not so fresh veggies. They are also very pricy. Come for the burgers and custard. That is their forte! Great selections/variety for kids!

This is sure to earn the scorn of my fellow Unilocalers, but I am absolutely in love with Culvers. This one is conveniently located near Woodman’s in Oak Creek, so I probably eat here more than I should. Service can sometimes be slow(I have almost fallen asleep in the car while waiting for my sanguich. Not sure if it was the wait time or sports talk radio.), but they cook to order so at least my burger hasn’t been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours. My favorites are the Sourdough melt and when I feel like inflicting serious punishment on my digestive tract, the Double Bacon Deluxe.

I tend to visit this restaurant on occasion and have always gotten friendly prompt service. I also have to add that the staff has always been amazingly friendly, which is a big reason for my repeat business. The food is always quality and just like I would expect it to be. The burgers always taste fresh, the buns are like they just came out of the oven and the food is always hot.

My least favorite«fast-food» establishment. I do not like my burgers dripping with grease when I eat them. The chicken is good, though, and they do have«crinkle» fries which are my favorite.

I went to this one a few years back. On the night I went, this one was surprisingly disappointing, since I was appalled how dirty the dining area of this location was. It was uncharacteristic of how the majority of Culver’s locations I’ve been to have been like, in terms of the cleanliness of the tables. Still, at least the food here was as good as any other Culver’s I’ve been to. Who really knows if this location has improved since? It was just unfortunate that this was the closest location that came up to a motel I was staying at then, since I think we may as well had used the drive-thru that night, and eaten back at our motel. Regardless, I’m still very disinclined to ever come back to this Culver’s.
