I’m reviewing Ed Grzelakoski. NOT KEMP. Ed Grzelakski is a horrible man that takes advantage especially of elderly people and vulnerable people. My Dad set up a trust originally so lawyers and the government wouldn’t be getting his hard earned money and it would be left to his children. My mother was not in her right mind after my Dad passed .He instead of givng her good legel counsel was charging the estate outrages prices and taking advantage of an elderly woman that lost her husband. She made him co trustee with my sister and myself on the estate. BIG MISTAKE. He even at one point tried to get me off the will and had the nerve to charge the estate for research on how to get me off the will. I asked him what the research charge was for and he said i didn’t call him back right away and he was going to take me off the will. What he was calling about was nothing that was urgent but he looks for any way to get a buck off people and wanted me off. My Dad would have had a fit if he knew how cunning this man was. He is a terrible unethical attorney in my option. Elderly people watch out. He milked the trust as long as he could and had the nerve to charge the estate for as much as he could. A sneaky unethical man that way overcharges. I wanted my will revised by taking out two people and he said he would originally do it for nothing, then it was turned into the tune of 475 $. Needless to say i don’t believe taking out two sentences should cost 475. I said forget it and will take the will and have someone else write up the same will with those two sentences removed and it will be way less. If you use this man your family will be taken advantage of.
