Eddie Bauer and this location in particular have been going downhill for a while. Can get better clothing at Lands End and Brooks Brothers. Young woman cashier can’t be bothered to say you’re welcome, just get the«Aha» when you say thank you.

Been going to this EB location for years and it’s still my top choice of all the other locations in the area. The staff is always friendly and whenever there is an item not available in their store they always go out of their way to either order it or tell me if it’s available at another location. Plus for some reason their clearance area is always well stocked with some pretty good items(at least for men).

I really enjoyed the EB store in Oak Brook! They are quick to help you in the first 15 minutes which is helpful for the reasons you came to the store in the first place and then leaves you alone for time after so you can really shop. I am guessing about ¼ of my wardrobe is EB clothes. I’m a fan!

This one sales associate is soooo rude — and outright lied. I asked if they had a different size, and she said no. I then asked her if she could check the back stockroom, and without even checking, she said no. Next I asked if she could call another store, and she said, let me check the computer, and she said, yes EVERY store in the Chicagoland area has a few of the items. Wouldn’t even bother to call the store(s) for me. She said that it would take too much of her time to do that. I left right away. Customer service is so nonexistent here.
