I received a massage today by Sarah and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling the same way I did when I went in. I advised Sarah that I needed more pressure and I wasn’t satisfied but her response was, I hope you get some relief. Worst customer service ever. Tiffany is no longer there and she did a great job when I’ve previous gone there.

Massage by Christine was very good. I did not like the required online scheduling which required a credit card. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. Then I was late (which I was very sorry about) and the owner charged me $ 30 for my being late. This was a crazy amount since I paid $ 32 for my groupon. They are right. It is Too Good To Be True.

I never even got the chance to get a massage at this place because of the customer service. I tried calling to book an appointment and their voicemail said to go online. I tried that, but it was complicated with 4 people, so i tried calling back. Again, no answer. I left a voicemail and they never called me back even though they were open for another 4 hours that day. The next day i tried stopping by and it was hard to find because they don’t have a large sign. Once i found it, i went inside and there was no one art the «desk» and the place looked rather sketchy with the massage rooms being all in the main hallway right there within plain sight from the window to the street. Needles to say, i left before anyone could even come back to the desk.

I’ve gotten massages in a wide variety of settings, from chains, to chiropractors ’ offices, to smaller shops like «Too Good». Tiffany did a great job, took time out of her weekend, and gave me one of, if not, the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

My husband and I come here at least once a month. Tiffany and all of her staff are phenomenal. Their deep tissue massages are great if you have any kind of sore muscle tissues. They are always running specials so that you get the most massage for the best price we won’t go anywhere else and to all the people that we work out with and all my fellow bootcamp girlfriends we always send them to too good to be true massages

I have had massages all over the world. Tiffany at Too Good to Be True Massage is the best Massage therapist I have ever. My husband and I go once a month to see Tiffany. As a matter of fact, I am going there this evening for a 90 hot rock massage. Tiffany’s hands are heaven!!!
