The only reason I gave one star is because I had too. I am starting a suit against this company they charge outrages prices and charge you to store your car because they don’t want to be open to allow you to get it out. They also charge different rates when your car is towed by the police and when you call them on your own. The discriminate against criminals and race. And I have a witness for that as well. If you don’t have to use them please don’t. You will be saved a lot of money.

They told me twice, once on the phone and once in person, that they would put the keys in the over night dropped box at the place they were towing to. The drivers had been to that location many times before and insured me the keys would go in the box with my name on the keys. I called the mechanic the following day and was told they didn’t even know the car was there till I called. Apparently they dropped my car off at the very far end of the parking lot, rowed my window down and left my keys in the car. And this cost me $ 98!!! I would rather push my car 15 miles before I ever use this company again.
