Friar Tuck Beverage

After a pair of trips to Friar Tuck I have found my liquor and beer shopping center!
A huge selection of liquors, wines, beers, and a few things in between makes this the go to place this side of the Missouri River.
My highlights so far, the build your own 6-​pack wall features some great options both familiar and not so much. I have found a few gems for sure!
Another trip resulted in a great gift for my boss for the holidays.
Pricing here is competitive, with some great deals to be had. However, the best feature of this place is the service. Very helpful and knowledgable employees roam the aisles offering assistance, with plenty of directed questions to help you figure out just what you want. You don’t have to know your liquor to shop here, they will gather some intel in just a few questions and have suggestions for you in no time!

I wish I had a portal into this shop! I have never seen so many beers I haven’t had before in one place! They will provide you with some excellent recommendations too! In the US good beers are sold in six packs, not just the cheaper nastier ones like here in the UK!
If beer isn’t your thing there is a virtually endless array of wines and spirits too!

I’m not exactly an alcohol enthusiast. I am not constantly seeking the perfect bottle or can of anything. I went to Friar Tuck in December seeking out locally-​made sparkling grape juice as presents for some minors in the family. I was looking for something made by one of the local wineries without having to drive all the way out to the Stone Hill Outlet or out to Montelle.
Friar Tuck had one sparkling apple cider, but it wasn’t from a local winery, so I didn’t buy it. They did, however, have pretty much everything else. I went to the checkout with one thing and bought a few little bottles of this and that as I waited. The service was very nice, and also quick. Even though I didn’t get what I wanted, it was not a bad experience.

I am a BIG fan of Friar Tuck’s. The beer selection is far better than anything else in the O’Fallon area. The pricing is good and the service is very good. The staff knows their beer and they are happy to help. They also have a nice selection of cigars.
This is a regular weekend stop.
