Thank you thank you thank you to the guys at Auffenberg — especially Scott Hart and Dan in finance. I was incredibly nervous to get a new car as I had not purchased one since I co-​signed with my father, plus I was still in shock from a serious wreck that left my sweet, trusty Corolla in shambles.
Scott was very easy going and let me take my time test driving cars and asking a LOT of questions. He provided me with some tips and insight on buying cars that actually felt more like a dad trying to help out his daughter rather than a salesman trying to convince you into buying.
After a couple days and lots of thinking, I was able to purchase a pre-​owned that I loved. Dan in finance was able to help get my payment to a great price with an extended warranty included. He answered lots of questions and was very efficient.
I truly recommend the guys at Auffenberg if you are looking for a used car. Awesome experience!

Adolfo M. was my guy. He was extremely informative and really patient with me. He explained all the forms before I signed them. I told him my needs and he delivered. And he is bilingual in Spanish so no language barrier for Spanish speaking clients. He was able to communicate with my father very clearly and gave the exact same information given to me. All in all, I was in for only a little over 2 hours and left the dealership exactly with what I wanted. I’d most definitely recommend him to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle.

If you are in the market for a quality pre-​owned vehicle, make sure you talk to salesman, Dominic DiVittorio! I researched Honda Odyssey minivans and found a quality one on line here. I called and spoke with Dominic and told him that I was very interested but wanted to make sure it was in nice shape since I was driving over from Eureka, Missouri and didn’t want to wasted my time. He personally test drove the vehicle and called me back to tell me that it was in great shape but had some minor exterior issues. I set up a time to visit and test drive and he was ready when I arrived and it was exactly as promised and actually a little nicer than I thought it would be. We agreed on a reasonable price and did all the paper work and was out of there with my new minivan in less than 90 minutes! A great experience and we are loving our van! I went into Auffenberg Pre-​Owned Superstore during my visit to O’fallon. I came in with questions about the Jetta TDI. I worked with a salesmen Dominic DiVittorio. I began the process by telling him that,” I will not be purchasing today
He did not hesitate to show me several TDI’s. We then test drove a 2013 TDI from the select lot the car was very clean, even had the new car smell. Dominic did well with answering all my questions. It was nice that he spent the time with me that he did knowing he probably wouldn’t be getting a sale that day. Though I did not purchase from Auffenberg Pre-​Owned, I would definitely recommend the dealership and definitely ask for Dominic!
