I’ve dined in this establishment before and was quite satisfied with my meal. I’ve been limiting the amount of Chinese food I eat but some hot braised chicken was calling my name. So probably 2 – 3 years later I decided to get some from this place based on my initial experience. Granted my previous meal was probably a little healthier but I didnt notice all its glory until closer to the end. I knew there would be a great amount of breading compared to meat as is the case for most asian restaurants with anything breaded but there were a few extra crispy pieces I couldnt even stick my fork into. And either my hunger blinded me to the amount of oil in the dish or the less food in my container highlighted it more, not sure. Then there was the extra sweet sauce. Not good at all. This may just be my last visit unless I decide to dine in and call them out in person for a dish this bliss. The staff was really nice though and I did like the rice. I guess the bathroom will be calling me next…

Excellent! Best Asian Cusine in the Area hands down. Really well done with fresh ingredients. Staff is very welcoming. Been numerous times and have always gotten a great meal. Much better than china king’s or china 88’s style restaurants but around the same prices, and better than PF Changs and Kitaro’s and way less expensive. Overall all Excellent Choice in O’Fallon

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff, the drinks, and the food are excellent! I try something new each time but often find myself salivating over the thought of their spicy basil fried rice with pork. If you dine in Rose and Julie are beyond knowledgable and sweet as can be. I love this place. What are you waiting for? Go there already and tell them Randy and Mandy sent you:)

The décor is more country kitchen than oriental café. It’s effectively one big room, with cream-​painted walls and some attempt at decoration. On the menu there are phở, herby rolls, banh xeo (pancake) and other Vietnamese classics. It also features some south-​east-​Asian Chinese cooking.
Phở comes in beef and chicken variants, plus seafood and a vegetarian option if I’m correct. The broth didn’t have the depth of flavor it could (especially those balsamic notes), but is a decent enough rendition. The fresh spring rolls were slim but still a zingy starter: crisp, shredded vegetables and prawns and pork wrapped in rice paper, served with sweet dipping sauce with crushed peanuts.
Food was inexpensive, making it a good place for groups to enjoy Vietnamese meals.

Went with my family the other night. Waitress was very friendly and answered all the questions my family had about the meals. I went with phở and café sua da. Was perfect portion and coffee didn’t last long at all (i pounded it down quickly). The crab rangoon appetizers were amazing. Very fresh and you could taste it. Definitely will be going back

Was the best in the St Louis region. I used to say they have an attentive staff and the best authentic fresh ingredients. But yesterday I noticed the Crab Rangoon breading tasted stale. The portions are half of what they used to be.. Years of the great experience. Never a let down, until yesterday. The staff is friendly but the food and portions have dropped.

One of our favorite restaurants. If you didn’t know who they were you would drive right by. Their food is amazing and the service always good. I have never had a dish I didn’t like but I keep coming back for the Phở. You will not be disappointed!

We love this place! In fact we won’t go anywhere else for Asian food. While the Chinese food on their menu is great we love the Vietnamese menu items. Everything is made with fresh ingredients. Any of the bun items on the menu are fantastic! My husband is in love with their wings and we also recently tried the ga nuong which was an amazing lemon chicken appetizer with cilantro and nuts on it. This is one of the VERY few restaurants that I can go to and know that no matter what we order it is always going to be delicious. Service is always great everytime we go and the restaurant itself is kept very clean. Great relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place for a truly delicious meal.

After reading the reviews we got the egg rolls an the spring rolls. Both very good. We got the Phở soup and a spicy noodle dish the Tay Cam. We would order it again. We definitely plan to return often. The girl that waited on us was cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. A very pleasant experience all around.

First time I went I enjoyed the food and the service. Second time not, so much. My co-​worker and mom ordered a soup separately and only received one plate of vegetables to share. They ordered another plate of vegetables and said there was going to be an up charge. Why? No one told the waiter that they wanted to share the vegetables or that they would pay together. His argument was that it wouldn’t matter because it’s kind of the same thing. How? They should have received a plate of vegetables of their own like they did the first time we went. Don’t get me wrong the food is good, but I believe that not everyone likes to touch other people’s plate of food. Service is friendly, but ignorant at the same time.

This place is amazingly DELICIOUS! Who would have thought being in O’Fallon of all places and in a strip mall? Don’t let it fool you folks. Hands down legit and I crave this every time I come back home! Love Asian Café!

Recommended by my sweet nail guy Bill
We tried for the first time 3 weeks ago. He had the for vermicelli noodles with the charred pork called Bun Thit Nuong. I had the bun with grilled sesame beef. Both were delicious. We also had the spicy calamari and wow… It was awesome.
We went again and our favorite item that we tried was the crispy garlic chicken wings.
We will be making this restaurant a regular visit.

This is authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The phở and the bun are highly recommended. The spring rolls were spectacular. The Beef Stew Phở was interesting and the beer selection was pretty deep for this type of restaurant. Also, they have fish bowl martini’s…I recommend the salted caramel martini fish bowl…
