Optometrist Dr. Elena Vitenzon was totally incompetent, gave me an eye exam and the Rx was so far off she actually tried to tell me that my eyes improved since 2 years ago — She wanted me to come back with my old eye glasses but I had my old Rx so why would i need the old glasses?
Taking the Dr to small claims court to get my insurance money back and I also filed a written complaint with the following agencies:
— Pearle Vision Headquarters,
— NJ Board of Optometrists, (you can get her license # online)
— BBB &
— NJ Division of Consumer Affairs
Worth all the time and effort writing all the letters to make sure she doesn’t misdiagnose anyone else and still take their insurance $$

Very rude employees. Unable to properly manage eye exam appointment schedule. Very limited hours for exams available. Would not recommend anyone visit this store. Try Lenscrafters in Paramus.
