A Personal Touch Florist

I recently had a hospital stay, and while recovering I was the recipient of a few different bouquet of flowers; one of these came from Personal Touch. The flowers were very fresh, smelled beautiful, and the arrangement was stunning. However, what impressed me the most was the fact this particular arrangement lasted for almost 3 weeks!!! The others started fading after just a couple of days, but the ones I received from Personal Touch stayed fresh for a much longer period of time! All arrangements were given the same attention and care. In the future I will be sending flowers via Personal Touch or requesting flowers from them. Amazing!

Walked in trying to get a price for flowers for my daughters bridal shower and was not pleased with service at all. The man had a major attitude problem once he heard I was going to do the arrangements myself. He was not helpful and didn’t even try to look up prices just kept saying the price was going to be so high. Went to Carolyns on Centre st and what a difference!

So far wonderful call & service with Marietta. She was very helpful in getting me what I want to be sent as a Sympathy Plant. She was very understanding and worked with me on the delivery time. I thank her and if the product is as good as she… they will become my go to florist!

Excellent. Didn’t realize how great personak touch roses are since in error we called another florist. Personal touch flowers drink a lot of water the first few days. These didn’t drink any. No water gone the next day. Your flowers drink ¼ of the case. Tells me old especially since petals dropped the next morning. A whole rose just fell apart.. Awful arrangement with sparkles. Classless. Garbage in it. Personal touch is elegant. Simply a beautiful bouquet of roses. They are so thirsty the next day which now I know 150% for sure they are fresh, great quality. Personal touch sends me elegant roses so you see the beauty of the good quality rose. He puts some babies breath and a littje fern. No sparkles no leaves or other garbage. Unfortunately this was a costly comparison however it just proves you are a great florist with classy style and excellent product. Sorry for the mix up but we want the people to know you are the best in Nutley and Belleville. They can’t touch your work or your flowers..

My daughter had an upcoming father daughter dance, so of course we needed a beautiful corsage for the big event! The first few florists I called weren’t very willing to accommodate us in making a small size, but Personal Touch was. I reached out to John the owner and he was more than willing to take my order. His prices are great, and his service is even better! He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and even made a suggestion in regards to a coordinating ribbon to match her dress. The corsage came out beautiful and my daughter was over the moon about it. Great florist!

Such polite people who work there. Especially in a time of mourning, they were very helpful. Beautiful flower arrangements.

I would never order from here again. You would be better off buying flowers from the grocery store or corner bodega than at a personal touch. I placed an order for a certain arrangement of roses as seen on their website. I was told on the phone that there would be a dozen and a half roses in the arrangement. I confirmed and said 18 roses? Yes, the totally uninformed sale clerk replied. This person had to check with someone for every single question I asked. Do you deliver on Sunday? When is the latest you can deliver? How many flowers? etc
Anyway, what i received were 13 roses instead of the 18 promised. 3 of the stems were «broken» (the roses were hanging down from the middle). All of the roses were old and totally open. Many of the roses had brown edges.
Never again.
