Wall Street Physical Therapy

First review on Unilocal but thought it was well worth to mention my experience at Wall Street Physical Therapy. Dr. Ziegelbaum and his assistant Susan were great in helping me get my knee back in shape after I injured it. Several months ago, I was barely able to put weight on it and after just a few sessions here, I’ve been able to run a few miles for the first time in months. Dr. Ziegelbaum did a good job explaining the issues I had and teaching me how to maintain the strengthening on my own. Definitely a great place to go in the downtown area or in general if you’re looking for a physical therapist.

Dr. Rob Ziegelbaum is fantastic. Not only did he improve my shoulder miraculously, he does so with a great attitude and friendly demeanor.
When I arrived at PT, I had significant instability in my shoulder. With regular visits to Dr. Zieglebaum, the ache, pain and instability have all seen marked improvement. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone who’s been sidelined by an injury and is looking to get back in the game.

I came to Dr Howard Lee after neck surgery for a herniated disc. I still had a lot of stiffness and knots in my back and neck. With Howard being a physical therapist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) he would work on my problem areas and then focus the other half of my session on strengthening my back and overall body.
Dr Howard is definitely not working out of a cookie cutter PT office. He has the flexibility to work on different areas and do different things to see what my body will respond to.
I have been to several PT offices and have seen zero results. After going to Dr Howard Lee I immediately saw results and he has made me stronger and has given me confidence to workout again on my own.
I am currently in the process of moving to Florida and he offered to help me look for a new physical therapist in Florida and meet with the new PT to provide him his notes. There is without a doubt that Dr. Howard Lee cares.
I highly recommend Dr Lee.

Dr. Lee is the absolute BEST PT I’ve ever worked with! Before getting treatment with Howard, I saw 3 different PT’s! None of them could provide me with the proper treatment that I needed. After seeing Howard for just a few weeks, my knee feels brand new again. HOWARD IS THE BEST!

People say you’re only as old as you feel, so when my joints started hurting, I felt like my age was catching up to me. After injuring my ankle, I was uncertain if I would be able to run like I used to. I became increasing worried about this pain and decided to get it checked out. A friend recommended that I visit complete body physical therapy. This place is located in the financial district and it’s a bit tucked away. When you enter the Complete Body gym, there’s a juice bar and then you proceed downstairs into the main lobby. Don’t worry about getting lost once inside because there is a huge physical therapy sign assuring that you have found the right place. Right away, I was struck by how Dr. Lee genuinely wanted me to get better, asking me questions and doing a thorough assessment. He joked that the goal was not to see him ever again after finishing the course of therapy. During my session, he helped remedy the scar tissue on my ankle and showed me the exercises I needed to do to improve. I also mentioned pain in my back and he helped relieve it with his adjustments. I have to admit, I was a little scared at first because you can tell he’s a strong guy. But after turning my limbs and applying pressure, Omg did I feel relief. I don’t even need a chiropractor. The practice is very spacious and we also have use of the Pilates machine in the next room. In addition, I was able to get a complimentary membership during my course of therapy which is an added bonus. The gym is really nice including the locker rooms which has an amazing sauna and steam room.
Most importantly, I was able to feel comfortable and after visiting a several times, my pain significantly subsided. I’m pretty confident I’ll be able to run my next 10 mile run without any worries. There are a lot of physical therapists out there, but Dr. Lee stands out in his attitude, adjustments, and expertise.

I would even give a few more stars if I could! This is how much appreciation I have for Dr. Howard Lee. Well he insists I call him Howard. So let me say this very bluntly: Howard’s hands are magical! And his commitment and determination to heal you are unreal! He makes you work out too in the gym in the facility. It’s not a passive treatment. It’s a teamwork effort where both patient/​Doctor put in energy. I never thought I could lift heavy weights and recover mobility and close to 100% range of motion in less than 5 sessions! He fixed my painful shoulder injury that occurred 6 months ago (partial tear of my supraspinatus and biceps after a sports accident)! Today I smile again and say Bye Bye to surgery diagnosis! And Hi Howard! You are my hero! Thank you so much!!!

I am a patient of Dr. Howard Lee — he is treating me for back, neck, and shoulder pain (thoracic outlet syndrome) that has progressed over time to cause nerve issues. For the first time in 20 years, I am getting relief and answers. He is helping treat me by performing manipulations to release tension as well as working out with me progressively and with proper body mechanics to build strength. He takes the time to check up on me to see how I’m doing and is extremely thorough in his approach. I am motivated to stick with therapy and follow through on my own. I am so grateful that he takes my insurance so I can continue to get relief and achieve a better state of health. I have been to many other physical therapists and massage therapists, as well as to a physiatrist, and none have been as knowledgeable and interested in helping me as Dr. Lee is.

Scott helped treat my ankle after I broke it. He was so patient and kind when working with me. He also wouldn’t take any of my whining. He also could answer all of my questions, if he couldn’t at that moment, he would take the time to have the answer for me soon.
He also didn’t rush my sessions and took his time with everyone of my exercises. He was also very communicative via email and phone.
All around nice, smart and professional guy!

Scott is awesome! I’m a competitive runner and with his help (graston, massage, strengthening excercises) I was able to train hard through some serious IT band syndrome. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable and responsive– highly recommend!

Scott is an outstanding physical therapist. Over the past few years he has helped me on three separate occasions for issues with my knees, wrist and shoulder. I highly recommend him. As a practitioner, he’s got that rare combination of skill, empathy and dedication to his patients’ success.
