To get right to it, they have a fine selection of framing materials. The owner is easy to work with. The pricing was very fair. And I got my framed poster delivered to my building in about 4 days. Highly recommended.

My framer for over 20 years… and I’m pretty specific about what I want. These guys are the best.

I purchased an over-​sized mirror before Thanksgiving in anticipation of moving into a new apartment soon after December 15^th. It was a Christmas present; so I told the store that a delivery date @ ¹²⁄₂₃ was a reasonable estimate. They kindly understood the situation and said that they would hold it. But the ¹²⁄₁₅ closing date on the apartment was moved until mid January. I called the store and they said that they completely understood. Indeed, the gentleman who answered the phone told me in very (!!) sweet detail about the simultaneous closing on his NJ home and delivery of his new baby at Lenox Hill in Manhattan!!! Not a problem!
The closing on my apartment became yet further delayed as a result of the Board not being able to convene and meet us. The younger workers at the store called to tell me that other people wanted to buy the mirror and did not understand why the store continued to hold such a large mirror.
So here is my message: The owner of the store told me from the get-​go that I should not worry, that he was holding it for me, and he did. He told me that when others wanted to buy it off the floor and asked him why he didn’t just sell it to them– because it had been sitting there for two and a half month– this is what he said:” I DON’T DO BUSINESS THAT WAY”.
Isn’t he THE BEST? This was a huge mirror that occupied a large space in a small retail store on Columbus Avenue. I am inviting him to my house-​warming! You don’t find people like him.

Excellent service. Broke glass on favorite lithograph, live on the UWS and store was nearby. Replacement price was good, same day service.

Excellent. I took a painting that my grandfather did, special to no one but me. They treated it like a piece of art, but also offered a re-​framing solution suitable to my budget and the value of the piece (intrinsic only). This is the second piece I’ve had framed there, and I will go back with more.

I’ve had 6 things framed here since I moved to the UWS and this is the best framing shop around. I stopped comparison shopping. They are always reasonably priced, get the work done faster than expected, go the extra mile and pay attention to detail.

A great frame store. They are really helpful when you are deciding how to frame your things and understand budgets. Of course, it’s still expensive since it’s an NYC frame store. But not more expensive than anywhere else. They are also incredibly quick in finishing jobs and call you right away when the framing is done. I’ve never waited more than a week to get something back from them.
