«Hello, Mr. Penny, How are you today?» For this kind gesture, every single time I enter my dry cleaners, is why I pass (3) to go here. It’s kind of like Cheers, but without the beer. They know my name. They’re willingness to provide great customer service won me over. I launder/​starch my own shirts, but they take care of my coats, sweaters and slacks with perfection. They allow me to decide my pick-​up date and time; even if it’s within the hour (no kidding). Alterations are a bit pricey but are done to your satisfaction by an on-​site tailor. They have mended items and replace buttons that I didn’t realize needed it; sometimes without cost. (2) thumbs up to this dry cleaners; they handle your clothes as if they owned them and with great service.
