Really bad customer service!!! I put in an order for 3 shoes in January, my credit card gets charged on the day Of my order(not the day Its shipped!!!) i receive no shoes in almost a month, call them finally, they dont know why my order was not shipped but they said they will send me two shoes cause one is not available… They never refund my money for the shoe that was not available until I call them back!!! Seriously people are too busy to call youfor reminding you to do your job!!!

High quality, High fashion, Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I purchased a pair of shoes and, after wearing them for a few days, noticed the heel was very very slightly loose. Not wanting to risk a broken-shoe-in-public scenario, I returned to the store to see if they could fix/tighten the heel. No questions asked, they gave me a new pair right on the spot and were very apologetic about the quality lapse in one shoe. Even though I purchased them for a clearance price, they made sure the replacement pair was in good shape and that I was a satisfied customer. This is a company that takes pride in their craft and customer service. Many lower-end stores would not have accepted an exchange after wear. Quality and service is what you pay for at United Nude. I will most certainly be returning once I get out of my student/intern budget range.

Be sure to check them out in between seasons. I just bought something from their Winter season line before they launched the Spring/Summer shoes. 60% off all winter stock items. I copped a MONOLO for $ 28, originally $ 70 — and no tax. TWOTHUMBSUP.

This. This is what the shoe closet of my dreams looks like. Mr. Big and I are going to get married at the courthouse after he leaves me at the altar(library), and then to make it up to me he’s going to pay to have the closet of my dreams built and this is what it’s going to look like. It’s going to change colors and each shoe is going to have it’s own cubby hole. It’s going to play awesome music and there is going to be a friendly closet assistant to help me pick out my shoes of the day. Until this actually happens, I’m just going to have to stop into United Nude everyday on my lunch hour. I don’t know what I love the most: the design of the shoes? the design of the store? the friendliness and unpretentious attitude of the sales associates? the colors? the airy space? the fact that everything is co-mingling to make my architectural footwear dreams come true? The shoes are the ultra-modern architecture(think Dubai, Shanghai, Tokyo, newer structures in Beijing) of shoes: sleek, potentially gravity defying, and oh-so comfortable. After walking by here almost every day for 6 months and thinking I couldn’t POSSIBLY afford the shoes, I went inside and was pleased by the fact that I actually can. They’re not cheap, they’re not inexpensive, they’re not even what I would consider to be well-priced(except when on sale), but they are reasonable and given the design and quality, you get what you pay for. I want to live here.

What’s not to love? The architecture is just as sleek as their shoes and boots… The design is ultra modern… in both the store and the shoes… I almost can’t get past the beauty of the place to look at shoes… Okay I can… But, hell, I’m a sucker for packaging… I’ll buy it for the box… This place definitely gives me an idea for my future closet… ;)
