I love this place. I always get compliments on the things I get there– people constantly ask me where I got this ring I wear almost every day. They have a lot of unique things that you won’t find in the traditional cheap NYC stores. There are a lot of little delicate rings and bracelets, which I love. Is it cheap jewelry? Yes, it is. Is it cute and unique looking? Also yes. I think it’s a win-win.

I agree that they have some pretty unique accessories(sometimes) but I feel like they charge a little too much for some of their pieces when you can get the same in other stores on 34th street for far much cheaper. I mean, we’re talking about fake cosmetic jewelry here that doesn’t fare up when it comes to good quality. No reason for some of the high priced necklaces…

I used to shop here all the time but no more! I bought a jewelry set for an event that I’m going to and of course after I throw away the receipt and I’m trying on all the jewelry together, I notice that some small stones are missing. It was only $ 25 necklace but still, I liked it a lot and that area looked crappy with the blue stones missing. I took it back and was told that without the receipt I couldn’t exchange it. I offered to bring in the printout from my Amex statement that shows the purchase amount exactly and she said ok but when I went back with that the next day(today) they wouldn’t do it! I spoke to the manager and all he offered was to repair it but who knows how long that would take and my event is tomorrow so it’s very annoying. All because I didn’t have the receipt, even though the tags were there and I had proof of purchase from my credit card. HORRIBLE customer service! There is a similar place right across the street which I will go to from now on since Ula won’t make good on the damaged/cheap stuff they sell.
