Absolutely grand service. It felt so good grabbing my beautiful bag and getting all the deets on return policies, sale days, shopping on their online store and much more.
William helped me, and as stated in my tip, made me want to buy damn near the whole store. I will definitely be back for more items to add to my new TUMI collection.

2nd Tumi store I’ve been to in NYC and I prefer the Rockefeller center one more than this one. This one had a decent selection of items, but wasn’t presented very nicely. The store felt a bit old and had outdated fixtures, which I think took away from the pieces.
