Absolutely incredible service and great location. The employees were friendly and helpful. I bought my first tissot watch here! I believe it was Miles who helped me out. I was greeted and taken cared of quickly! She was very helpful, funny, in a good mood, and knew her stuff. Highly recommend that you stop by into this location for fantastic customer service.

Don’t expect much service for your Tissot watch. They weren’t able to put a battery in my PRS200. I also need pins for my watch band. They told me they would have to order them. I expect more for my purchase.

I’m so happy that Tissot finally has a new boutique down on Wall Street. It’s a beautiful store and even features a historic exhibition with watches from as far back as 1937. Be sure to stop in if you’re in the area!
