I had a great time at the cheese tasting! The space was smaller than expected, but somehow also very open and welcoming. It leans intensely artistic, with photos of happy women with cheese (and very cute dresses!), hardwood floors, and a back full of engaging interactive video.
The cheese itself — I’m no expert, but this was some very tasty cheese. I tried almost everything, and there was nothing I had that I didn’t like. Due to the promotional pricing, I wound up buying some brie on the cheap, and I don’t regret it a bit. The staff were all very nice and very professional, and while I didn’t have any questions, they seemed quite knowledgeable.
I can definitely see myself going back — once I run out of the cheese I’ve got, that is.
