Not very customer friendly. Whenever I order for delivery and ask for extra side of sauce, they rarely provide. I’d rather pay for this side of sauce so I know I am getting it. Otherwise, the food is good.

I have a real issue with their customer service. I really enjoy their breakfast tofu scramble wrap, but every time I call for delivery, I get a very different answer about their delivery policy. I have ordered for delivery numerous times — my office is 0.5 miles from their location. Last week when I called, they told me that I was definitely in their zone and close enough that I didn’t have to pay a $ 3 delivery surcharge. Great, I was very excited. But today was a very different story. I called for delivery and a woman took my order and said it would be here within 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, I received a call from Terri and they told me they were sorry, but I was not in their delivery area. The person said that the woman who initially took my order was«new» and was not aware of where they do and do not deliver. I could understand that if they called me back immediately, but waiting 45 minutes is ridiculous. Also, how have I ordered from this restaurant over 15 times and this is the first time they are telling me that I am not within their delivery area? Good vegan food, but definitely not worth the infuriation it comes with.

everything we ordered(almond delight smoothie, kale Caesar salad, southwestern salad, buffalo chicken sandwich, chocolate chip cookie) was delicious, although the buffalo chicken sandwich was my top choice as far as the as-is version goes. could’ve done without the«chicken» on the kale Caesar(shiitake mushrooms served the chewy part!) and — at least for me – there was too much of of a quinoa salad/bbq«chicken» combination in the southwest salad(could’ve done with half or less of each). regardless, everything tastes great, and even with the limited seating structure we managed to make it work for three. hubby and i agreed on the buffalo chicken sandwich being amazing, and would definitely order again.

Pretty good little vegan lunch spot. Fast friendly service and they’ve got sandwiches, soups and juices so you can just grab it and go! The buffalo chiken sandwich had good buffalo flavor but the substitute chicken was just bland. It lacked texture and felt like I was just biting into a bland piece of tofu/seitan. The portobello sandwich was good and simple. Again not much flavor, so the mushroom really stands out. The juices were cold pressed and delicious. And the cookie was pretty good too! I wish the food itself packed a punch of some sort of flavor because vegan food doesn’t have to/shouldn’t be so bland.

Love this place! The interior looks a little shady, especially for a healthy vegan spot. It looks more like a fastfood takeout/deli vs a Juice generation, but the almond delight smoothie is the BEST. OMG so good. And the raw superfood salad is so good and filling. I can never get bored of it. Also try the oat date bars. And the peanut butter cookies! Drooling just thinking about it all. The service is pretty inconsistent though — every time I’ve gone, there’s someone new starting out who’s gotten my order wrong a few times.

I can honestly say this is the nastiest food I have ever had in new york city, food is bland, and the service is not customer friendly

Oh, how I love Terri! I’m no longer a vegetarian(long story) but when I was and craving the comfort food of old times, Terri saved my sanity. I still love them. And I’d still choose them constantly if I worked downtown.

One of my favorite lunch spots when I’m not feeling that I need the greasy foods. There’s something about Terri that makes me so happy that I am eating legit real food that is not fillers or trying to make me super fat or make me feel bad about myself. Always friendly and always fresh to order. Today I had the fake tuna melt and I loved it. I haven’t eaten fish in a long time, but I used to love eating canned tuna. This ladies and gentlemen is not your canned tuna. Chickpeas were delicious! I love the«Fake chicken» sandwiches here as well. So good and so filling!!! Yum yum yum.

They are most definitely efficient here when it comes to taking orders and getting your food to go! With an all vegan menu I can go bananas and order anything, and everything without even having a second thought. The only other consideration would be the amount of cardio I’d have to do for this one sandwich, but I digress. Their southern plate featuring bbq seitan, and macaroni salad is on point. The chickpea tuna is quite good too. I only wish you had other options with the bread since it’s always the same one for each sandwich. Overall you’ve made a fan out of me! Love you guyz!

Hmm… Vegan food isn’t that bad. I’m Happy I took a Chance on it. Now it doesn’t mean I switch over. I just mean I took a chance on all palet of tastes of food.

Quick and delicious vegan food! I order pick up both times at Terri for take out and food was ready in 5 – 10 mins! The non-vegan and carnivore lover bf was finally convinced to try this place and actually enjoyed his meatball sandwich. I ordered the southwestern BBQ«chicken» salad and enjoyed everything but the chicken. It was a bit too sweet and texture was on the tougher side. I have also tried their super kale salad and found it very filling and delicious. Food is a bit expensive, however, it’s definitively fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back to try more items on the menu.

The sandwiches are actually not that small! And filling! Terri has become my «go-to» whenever I don’t feel like eating NY pizzas. They also make fantastic smoothies, I love the Almond Delight. This location is super fast, I love it.

On Wednesday I told my team at work that we should go to a vegan place for lunch. Being 50% All-American meat eating guys, I highly doubted they would jump on the opportunity. On Thursday, my manager came in saying he had been having night sweats thinking about eating vegan food. He was positive he would leave hungry and loaded up on breakfast. Skip to lunch time. We wander down to Terri– me still in shock that they agreed to do it given their«fear» of vegan food. I recommended that my boss try the meatball sub(or meatless balls sub, as I call it) given that it won over Mike C. It seemed safer than seitan or a tofu scramble for vegan beginners. He also got the apple cider donut. A great choice for anyone! Moist and soft with an ample amount of cinnamon sugar. It’ll win over the taste buds of anyone– veg or not. I went with the hummus and avocado wrap with smoked tofu and small side of kale chips. Conclusion on the meatless balls sub? A winner. My manager was sated and proclaimed it better than many of the real meat variety. My other coworker, while admitting that it didn’t compare to his grandmother’s authentic italian meatballs, said that he wouldn’t of guessed they were made of fake meat. For myself, I thoroughly enjoyed my wrap. It was extra creamy from the avocado and hummus, the tofu was done well, and there was a kick of spice from Sriracha. I would pass on the kale chips in the future as they were $ 3 for a small container, but would definitely go back to Terri to try more vegan delights.

Little sandwich shop serving up vegan sandwiches. It’s a convenient and affordable place to grab a bit, but, unfortunately, the sandwiches are pretty mediocre.

Amazing vegan place in the heart of FiDi. I love to stop by when I’m on a health kick or want to show people how great vegan food can be! Their avocado hummus wrap is easily my favorite item on the menu and the smoked tofu makes it extra tasty. I love the southwestern salad with«chick’n» as well — great mix of flavors and very filling. The peanut butter cookie is deliciously chewy and has just the right amount of moisture, so much so that my co-workers were shocked to find out it’s vegan(although it is a little greasy feeling). My only bad meal so far has been the chickpea tuna melt. It did NOT sit well in my stomach and I found the texture pretty off-putting. But so many other people seem to like it so it might just be me. Friendly staff, efficient service, and quality food. My go-to lunch spot!

I came here for a healthy lunch, but the prices, but what can I expect from FiDi, I ordered the portobello sandwich and it wasn’t too bad, but every time I but a portobello, I had to take the whole mushroom with me, leaving little for the rest of the sandwich. I also ordered the green smoothie with extra flax seed and it was delicious.

I had the spicy buffalo sandwich and although the sandwich it was very classic and to the point, the flavor was fantastic and surprising(in a good way). I love the bright lighting, friendly staff and the variety of juice. Will be definitely going back when I am in the area. I recommend the Strawberry lemonade! It was extremely hydrating and freshening.

I’m so glad there’s a vegan restaurant near my workplace. They offer fresh juices, smoothies, a bunch of desserts, and savory food. I stopped by today and ordered Green Power, banana-walnut bread, and the bean salad. Everything was so delicious and filling. Green Power: You can taste every ingredient and it’s not too sweet. Banana-walnut bread: It’s a little too sweet in my opinion but it’s good. Bean salad: Again, a little too sweet but it’s delicious. My smoothie came out very fast and the cashier was very friendly, and helpful. I will definitely come back.

They serve medium size sandwiches which taste decent. Not the best. If you ask me, I think it’s overpriced. The portion could have been a bit bigger. I like the location since I work down in Wall Street. Good to see a vegetarian place in the midst of meat restaurants. Fast service. Friendly faces.

For a fully vegetarian/vegan place, I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfied I was with my meal. My quesadilla was delicious and honestly didn’t make me miss real meat. The vegan cheese was a great substitute and paired fantastic with the chipotle sauce. While the fake meat wasn’t a love I certainly didn’t hate it like I have in the past. Overall Thoughts I definitely would come back for the quesadilla!
