Temple M Yoga is an amazing experience. Only $ 7, which includes a mat rental, gets you a terrific yoga experience in a beautiful one-of-a-kind space. Those familiar with Yoga to the People will be very comfortable in this «vinyasa flow» style class which allows people to participate at all levels with a minimum of confusion… no one is made to feel intimidated, and everyone can get a good, healing workout.
(BTW, it should be noted that Rena N., the first reviewer, is the organizer of this event. I think that Unilocal probably has a policy that people like that should identify themselves when posting…)
