Incredibly unprofessional and arrogant doctor that lacks skills. She should have her license taken away and not allowed to be in contact with other human beings! I had brought my teenage daughter who has a previous history of melanoma cells and abnormal mole tissues for a check at Vanguard Dermatology. Dr. Bard removed two suspicious moles for biopsy. Not only she did not call herself to inform me of the atypical results and had her assistant speak to me, she hasn’t returned my call for three days! Finally, I got her on the phone and scheduled a margin procedure. When my daughter came back for the procedure, Dr. Bard removed a margin in a WRONG place on my daughter’s scalp, totally not even close to the location of an actual biopsy spot!!! Needless to say that she took pictures of the spot on the first visit! When I spoke to the doctor, she was arrogant, called me «hysterical» and said «What’s a big deal? Just let her come back and I will remove the other one.» On top of that, she blamed my 17 year old daughter for it and said «she will be old enough to vote next year so she should know better!» Wow! Who issued this woman a license??? I am in the process of contacting NY state office of professional misconduct and malpractice attorney.

She is nice woman. Gently deleted my Millias from eyes. And it was coast $ 200. Clean and big office, with coffee and snacks.
