Definitely not worth it.
Pros — paypal payment options, quick responses and easy setup.
Cons. just an outright bad job, poor details of pricing on website.
We’re been trying to find a new cleaning service because our last raised their prices considerably. So looking around I found these guys on craigslist and decided to take a chance. $ 60 for 1Brd service as long as I have my own cleaning supplies (details on this are pretty sketchy on the website and emails with the company did not provide additional information. So I accepted the $ 15 dollar addition for the cleaning supplies (of which they still used the few cleaning supplies I did have) as well as the additional $ 10 fee for dogs (not listed on the website).
They came on Friday and sure enough I paid for what I got. Floors weren’t mopped as promised, appliances not wiped down well and it was clear they didn’t sweep as there was a corner filled with dog hair (our test spot for new cleaners). I didn’t really mind that they tossed the 5 – 6 items of clothing from the bedroom into a trash bag and stuffed it in the closet, but would have assumed they would have folded them.
We had a busy weekend and first thing Monday morning I email them telling them I was unhappy with the service. They apologized but stated that since I did not inform them the day of, that they could not help me… Not exactly the best customer service.
All in all, I would say it was an «OK» job, but they are certainly not getting my repeat business.
